I hope someone understands this poem. I like the inspiration of it in many ways, but I can't say it. The poem is quite sensitive, and touching in an emotional and deep way. The thoughts combine into a dream-like vision of the moment I'm thinking about. It's great, and it has a lot of force in it, expressed in a very subtle way. Imaginative.

UNDER THE SKIN

A blood-cursed apparition

Of rosy touch and sight

Of ivy-laden stone walls

And darkness laid on light

And silk unwound from softwood

With jasmine-scented bark

As lovely as of nature

As sweet as honey spark

And pebbles unlocked a forest

Of musky odors wrapped

Upon the tree of knowledge

Upon the wells untapped

And roses splashed on spirits

With winding trails of smoke

And cradled in the raincloud

A raindrop to invoke

'Twas red upon the moonlight

When the rain started to trickle

Upon the face of beauty

That flamed upon a tickle

And thunders rumbled mighty

Upon a gentle splash

With lightning-forced partition

All fire and water clash

A breath of heaven spoken

To the one that dropped a tear

Upon the bliss of sorrow

That proved no sign of fear

And ending up a painting

To sleep upon a plain

Of golden-tainted secrets

Or silver-alloyed chain
