Raegan's pov:

*beep* *beep* *beep* *beep*

"Shit." I roll over and hit my alarm clock. I turn and see Justin waking up.

"Sorry." I say. "I have school."

"Oh, ok." He rubs his eyes. I stand up and try my best to wake up. Justin sits up on my bed and leans his back against the wall.

"Damn I don't want to go to school." I say. A knock at the door makes Justin and I jump.

"Raegan are you up?" My mom asks.

"Yeah I just need to shower." I yell.

"Ok." I go into my closet and pick out a pair of clothes for today. I close my closet door and glance over at Justin.

"Morning." I whisper sitting down on my bed. He smiles.

"Good morning." He says.

"I'll shower and get ready quick. We can talk before I go to school." I say. He nods.

I run my fingers through my hair making sure I look decent for school. I have about ten minutes before I have to leave. I sit back down on my bed and put my hand on Justin's knee.

"How did you sleep?" I ask.

"Good." He says. "Knowing I'm back with you, I could've gotten more sleep."

"Well luckily you can." I smile. "You know after I leave, you are home alone until I get back. Sleep, grab some food. Do whatever, okay?"

"Okay. Thank you." He says quietly.

"Of course." I grab his hand and stand up pulling him with me. I put my hand on his hip and he leans into me. He keeps his head close to my chest as he wraps his arms around my waist. I hug around his shoulders resting my head on his.

"Whatever you do, don't leave this house. I can't lose you again." I say to him. He pulls his head out of my chest and looks at me.

"You won't lose me again Raegan." He says putting his hand on my neck.

"Do you promise?" I ask.

"I promise." He whispers. I lean in and collide our lips together. He softly kisses back being gentle. He does tense up for a quick second but relaxes. I pull away slowly and smile at him.

"I'll be back right after school." I say leaning our foreheads together.

"Ok." He smiles. We move away from one another and I head out my bedroom door.

I drive back home from school happy to see Justin. I know it's only been a few hours but being with him makes me happy and gets my mind off of a lot of things.

I park my car and get out going to my front door. I unlock it and walk in, shutting it behind me.

"Justin?" I ask. I look up and see him walking down the stairs. He comes over and hugs me.

"Hey." He says sweetly. I don't say anything and he looks up at me confused. I still don't say anything and just cup his face. He smiles a little as I lean in and our lips touch. My cheeks must look like a tomato by now. Kissing him, there is nothing better.

"Woah uh-" I pull away and Justin gets closer to me, scared. We both turn and Kale stands at my door looking at us.

"Sorry I didn't know." He rubs the back of his neck. I rub Justin's back telling him he's okay.

"It's okay. Why are you here Kale?" I ask.

"We always hang out after school. I thought I'd just come over." He says. "Hi Justin." He looks at him.

Justin doesn't answer and just moves even closer to me if that's possible. He's partly behind me gripping the back of my shirt. I just remembered what Kale did when he was drunk.

"You should have asked to come over first." I say to Kale. He looks at me confused.

"Raegan, it never mattered." He says slowly.

"Well now you know I have Justin here. So next time ask." I say. Justin let's go of my shirt and looks at Kale.

"Raegan told me what I said to you when I was drunk. I'm sorry, Justin." Kale says to him.

"It's okay." Justin says quietly and smiles at Kale.

"Thank you."

"Kale I don't know if you should stay today-"

"He can stay." Justin says cutting me off. "It's fine." He looks up at me and smiles.

"Ok." I nod. "Let's watch a movie?" I suggest.

"Sure." Kale shrugs. "Classic Raegan and Kale time." He laughs and starts to walk upstairs.

"A movie sound okay?" I ask Justin.

"Yeah." He grabs my hand and we go upstairs. We get into my room and Kale is already sitting on my bed.

"Rae there is a new horror movie out." Kale says excitedly. "We gotta watch it."

"Oh you and the horror movies." I grin sitting next to him.

"Oh shut up, you love them too." He hits my arm playfully. I smile at him and notice Justin is still standing near my closed bedroom door.

"Justin, come sit." I pat the spot next to me lightly. He nods and jumps on my bed to sit next to me. We are all leaning against the wall. Kale is focusing on tv getting the movie on.

"Raegan, I don't know-" Justin gets cut off by Kale hitting me with the remote.

"Dude!" I raise my voice. He looks at me and starts laughing. I shake my head smirking while I look at Justin.

"You comfortable?" I ask. He leans against me and nods. I wrap my arms around his small body and kiss the top of his head.

"I don't like horror movies." Justin whispers. I look down at him and see his eyes are a bit glossy. It makes sense why he wouldn't. Look what he's gone through.

"Kale?" I ask. "Can we watch a comedy movie? Let's save the horror movie for another time." I say. He looks at me confused. I slightly jerk my head down at Justin. He has his head into my side. Kale sees and nods.

"Oh I know! Love, Simon. It sounds like a great movie." He smiles at me and changes the movie. I look back down at Justin to see him already looking at me.

"Thank you." He says. I lean my head down and he picks his up out of my chest. Our lips touch for a small second, but that's all I needed. All I needed to know he's okay.

"Anything for you."

"Ok love birds, watch the movie." Kale laughs pressing play. Love birds? Oh please.
