Y/N's P.O.V

"Y/N why is it so cold in here?" Shawn asked.

"The furnace broke" I came out from the living room with a blanket wrapped around me shivering.

"how long has it been like this?" he asked shivering a little.

"most of the day" I whispered.

"you didn't call me? your freezing baby" he ran his hands up and down my arms. "come here" he pulled me towards him.

"mhhh your so warm" I sighed.

"wait here! I have an idea!" Shawn ran off leaving me cold again.

Waiting for him to come back I watched as he came down the stairs with a pile of blankets.

He dropped them all on the floor in front of me.

"What are you doing?" I laughed.

"we're making a blanket nest" Shawn helped me carry the blankets to the living room.

We made the "nest" and Shawn and me cuddled under the blankets keeping each other warm.

Halfway through the movie we were watching his phone starting ringing. Digging it out of his pocket he picked up.

"Hello"

"yeah this is him"

"okay for sure!"

"see you soon"

He hung up.

"Who was it?" I asked.

"the furnace guys, they'll be here in the next half hour"

"oh yay!! Heat!" I laughed.

"yay for heat" Shawn smiled.

"Y/N, your lips are turning blue!"

"oh yeah that happens when i'm really cold" I couldn't stop shaking.

Shawn wrapped his arms around me and pulled the blankets up snuggling me in.

"there we go!" Shawn smiled kissing my head. "Hopefully this helps!"

"thanks!"

Soon the furnace guys had come and gone and me and Shawn were no longer freezing because the heat worked again.
