Period Pain

Shawn's P.O.V

Today was the day that me and Y/N we're going to go to the CN tower for a little date together. We were relatively new to this whole dating in the public eye thing, so I was a little nervous.

Driving towards Y/N's house I couldn't help but smile. She was just so fun to hangout with and i'm so lucky that I get to call her my girlfriend. Parking my jeep in the street I went up to the front door of her parents house and knocked on the door.

"Shawn! come in!" Y/N's mom smiled.

Letting me in the house she told me to take my shoes off and that I could go up to Y/N's room. Heading up the stairs I went towards her room and lightly knocked on the door.

Opening it I popped my head in and smiled. My smile fading a little when I saw her still in bed with a few tear streaks on her face.

"you okay Y/N?" I shut the door behind me.

"no, Shawn this is worse than all the others" she rolled over in her sheets.

Worse than all the others?

I didn't want to sound stupid so I just went along with it.

"it's okay" I lied in the bed with her.

I could see her smile a little.

"my period Shawn" she looked up at me.

"oh.." I was so awkward with things like this.

"it's okay i'll be fine. I'm upset though because I really wanted to go out with you today but i'm thinking my insides are trying to kill me"

"would this help?"

I pulled her up a little so she was resting more on me and then I started rubbing gentle circles on her stomach.

"yeah a little" she sighed.

"good" I kissed the top of her head. "i'm sorry your not feeling great but hopefully tomorrow will be better"

"yeah hopefully" she yawned.

"your tired?" I laughed. "Y/N it's only 10 am"

"yeah and?" she giggled.

"what am I suppose to do with you?"

"I dunno" she pulled the covers over her eyes.

Shaking my head and laughing at her we spent the rest of the day just lounging in her bed and eating food.
