Baking a cake

{Request} You and BTS members decide to make a cake. I know this isn't exactly what was requested but it inspired me to write this.

Jungkook would search up a recipe for the most delicious cake he could think of. He wouldn't get scared by the complicated process and suggest making it. After agreeing, you would try to follow all the steps in the recipe, only to find out that you either miss some ingredient or mess up the amount. In the end, it would come out completely different from the original idea, yet still somehow tasty. Although Jungkook would feel a bit ashamed of messing up, he would be proud of all the good ideas you both had to save the cake.

Hoseok would prepare all the ingredients for the cake you would choose. At first you would try to follow the instructions but in the end you wouldn't resist making fun of it. Each time, one of you would come up with a great idea like "Let's add gummy bears!" or "Why not add grated zucchini?". The result would be still surprisingly good despite all the crazy stuff you would have added. But even if you didn't like it in the end, the fun you had would make up for it.

Seokjin would choose a recipe he has done at least once in the past to make sure he wouldn't mess up completely. Following the steps and seeing how well it goes, you would joke about opening a sweets shop to share your baking with the world and winning a cake contest. You would get lost in the conversation and would stop paying attention to the amount you're putting in, resulting in a cake much bigger than expected. It would come out tasty, but huge.

Namjoon would choose a simple recipe to anxiously follow. He would make sure you put in the exact amount written in the instructions and do everything exactly as suggested. You would be the one sneaking in a bit more cocoa powder or a bit more butter to make it more delicious. Namjoon would feel very afraid of the result once he found out about it, but the cake would come out so good he would quickly forget about it.

Feeling challenged to experiment, Jimin would try to memorise a recipe and make the cake out of his memory to impress you. But as soon as the bowl would land in front of him, his confidence would burst like a bubble and he would become unsure of what to do. With your help, he would be slowly figuring out the steps while listening to you laughing at his cute attempt to win your admiration. The cake that you would take out of the oven would taste a bit differently from what you expected, yet delicious enough to make up for it.

Taehyung would try to come up with a recipe on the spot for the fun of it. He would also want to make you laugh, thus accepting all of your crazy ideas on what to add into the mixture. Before you would even put the cake into the oven, you both would be covered in flour, cocoa powder and tomato sauce for some reason. The result would be hideous, yet you would compete on who of you two can eat the most of it, resulting in another wave of mess in the kitchen.

Yoongi knows how to cook and baking a cake would be no problem for him, but he would choose to mess up on purpose. Putting in a little bit too much butter in or a drop more shredded coconut while chasing you around the kitchen counter with whisk covered in the mixture. The cake would be surprisingly good, although the amount of coconut would be overwhelming.
