BTS as YouTube creators

We live in a society where especially young people are drawn to creators on the YouTube platform as the content presented on this website is broad and accessible to everyone around the world. It offers a wide range of genres where anyone can choose a suitable type of content they enjoy. Even if they one day decide they don't like it anymore, there is never a shortage of new stuff to choose from. In conclusion, anyone and everyone can be a YouTube star. This is an AU where the boys didn't become singers and pursued YouTube career instead. Let's do it with examples because that's fun I guess!

A/N: Also, I am going to expose myself because now the whole world would see what kind of content I watch on that website. Don't judge me too harshly.

Jungkook a.k.a. The Gamer

A genre especially popular among the younger generation, Jungkook would be one of those many people playing games on camera. Be it funny commentary, interesting editing choices or his choices of mainstream, popular games to play, he would gain quite a big popularity and a huge following. Some would be there for his snorting and grunting when he loses, some for his handsome face, others to learn cheats and tips. He would be trying out new games recommended to him from fans and a very popular genre would probably be horror games since who doesn't enjoy someone getting scared and screaming on camera, right?

A prime example of this: PewDiePie before started reviewing Reddit probably

Seokjin a.k.a. The Vlogger

Seokjin would be vlogging about his life. Hopefully not daily, since that becomes uninteresting and boring pretty quickly. The majority of his videos would be car vlogs with him sitting behind the wheel and complaining about everything and anything that has happened to him and that has been bothering him. It would consist of him drinking Starbucks, yelling at himself about something embarrassing he did and spilling tea. With his down-to-earth commentary and funny editing, he would manage to make every of his storytime entertaining. Great content to watch to relax.

A prime example of this: Haley Pham before she started spending money

Namjoon a.k.a. The Commentator

Namjoon is very observant, full of opinions and in my opinion, loves to be heard. And what kind of content allows him to put all these together better than commentary videos? This way, he would be able to express himself about anything he finds interesting, could call out people for doing something wrong and could become the warrior for social justice, the protector of women and minorities and generally a woke person. And since he's a very creative person, maybe he would compose a song about the topic at the end to make fun of it even further.

A prime example of this apart from Cody Ko: Danny Gonzalez

Jimin a.k.a. The Singer

Jimin is a born singer and could pursue a career in music even on YouTube. He would probably start with covering his favourite Kpop songs or anime openings and slowly rise to fame, eventually even making his own music. His sweet voice would be winning him fans from all over the world and would make him very successful.

A prime example of this: Raon Lee

Hoseok a.k.a. The DIY Enthusiast

Hoseok would find himself in these challenges and DIY creations. He would probably get his inspiration from Pinterest and the comments under his videos. His videos would be entertaining whether he actually managed to successfully finish or not. I think he would also have his channel together with a friend/friends/a significant other rather than on his own. They could do challenges against each other and other kinds of fun stuff.

A prime example of this: ThreadBanger (Warning: curses and swearing)

Taehyung a.k.a. The Artist

YouTube is a place to express your own creativity and Taehyung has more of it than he can possibly share, so he could show bits by bits of himself on this platform. He would make very unique, one-of-a-kind videos expressing his talents and virtues. He would talk about his life from time to time, other times would create crazy tutorials or geek out about whatever he would like at that time.

A prime example of this: KickThePJ

Yoongi a.k.a. The Relatable

Yoongi would be the one to sit down and share his life experiences for some laughs and also to make people feel like they're not alone in whatever they're going through. Not afraid to embarrass himself, he would spill almost all of his awkward moments with the internet because where else hide a secret than right in front of everyone's eyes? A lot of storytimes, an irregular posting schedule and a space to deal with his own issues? YouTube's the place.

A prime example: Daniel Howell even before he rebranded (Warning: drama queen)

A/N: Now it looks like I follow only Asian girls and white boys. Eh, whatever.
