I looked at him. All he gave me was parted lips. "Rae. Who do you think you are?" He asked taking small glances at me. "Thats the problem, I don't know." I raised my voice slightly.

"Do you like your life?" He asked me. I thought to myself. I enjoy my life. Something is just off. Then I heard my voice speak those words.

"I have no clue what's off, it's like my style, tastes, I don't know." I sighed to calm down and lower my tone. "Well, I know who you are, Rae." His calm voice assured me that he actually knew. "Who? Who am I?" I looked up at him worried for his answer.

"You are a girl who enjoys her life with brother and family. You are a sweet and cool girl who loves making videos with friends she just made. You are a girl who needs people like her brother and friends or else she falls. You are a, Rae, a beautiful girl who doesn't know her path at the moment, but with our help she'll get better." My mind was in awe. All those things he told me was amazing.

My mind and heart felt happy inside. I smiled and looked up to him with my famous smile. "Colby, I dont think a word you said was a lie. Your right. I am a girl who just needs to find her path. Colby?" I brushed my fingertips against his arm. "Thank you. I know me, I just don't know my path." I smiled and leaned my head against the window.

"When we get home, your going to get the biggest hug of your life." I softly spoke with my smile printed on my mouth. I took a breathe then closed my eyes as I listened to the band Three Days Grace. I really enjoyed them. They are my favorite so far.

Yea it's rock but hearing the bass and the drums sooths my eardrums. I enjoy how intense the song actually is. I like how some songs are talking about some problems. Like I might actually relate.

The song Real You by Three Days Grace actually made me think of this moment. The scenario I just went through with Colby. I didn't know the real me then, but Colby knew. He helped me find the real me.

Something inside me shook. I looked down at my clothes and saw the, sort of, crop top I was wearing. I didn't want to wear it anymore.

When we got home I was full of joy. I warned Colby on the hug. I stepped out as Colby did. He trotted over to the door. "Colby?" I made a weird low pitch voice. He spun around to look at me. And what he saw was me running and jumping into his arms.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and my legs around his torso. "Thank you." I whispered into his ear. "No problem, Rae. I'm here when you need me." I still hugged him tight. "You made me realize who I am, Colby. That means a lot." I then let him go. I rested my legs back to the ground and my arms by my sides.

"What are best friends for?" He shrugged then touched the knob. "Wait!" I shouted so he wouldn't open the door. "What?" He darted back around to look at me. "It's about what you wrote." I walked a few steps closer to him. I lifted my cast to show him the note he wrote.

"Was it an accident that you wrote love, colby?" I asked. He looked into my soul then back down. "It must've. I'm not sure. I just wrote what came to my mind first." He explained then backed himself to the door, keeping his eyes on my cast.

Once he hit the door he peeled his eyes away from my cast and into the house. "Jaky! We're backy!" Colby shouted. I ran into the kitchen to see Jake sitting at a table talking to Aaron.

"Jake! Aaron!" I gave them both a high five. "How was your hike?" Jake asked while holding his water bottle in his hand. "Well we actually just drove around and talked." Colby replied standing over next to my side.

"Yup!" I smiled and exaggerated the P. "So I heard from Jake that you guys pranked him awake." Aaron exclaimed with a smile. "Yea. We threw him into the pool." I casually replied as if that was a normal thing to do.

"Wow Jake. We did prank wars with Elton what if this is the start of a new one?" Aaron questioned, eyeing Jake straight.

"Well I don't feel like a prank wars. That would be so much." Jake wipped his face with his palm. "I'm so tired, but I'll deal with it." His groggy voice raced to everyone's ears.

"Okayy Jake." I made the y longer in okay just to set up the bored mood. I walked to the stairs and heard running come up to me from behind.

"Lets head to my room." Colby pointed up the stairs making me super suspicious about why he wanted me in his room. "Colby let me change first." He gave me a look. "Why?" He said as we slowly crept up the stairs. "I don't like this shirt!" I replied then chuckled. "Fine." He scoffed and darted over to his room as I ran to Jake's.

I grabbed a black shirt with red smodges. I liked wearing this.i looked in the mirror and saw how good I look in black. Then I realized i need more black stuff.

But first I need to head over to Colby's. I swing the door open and dashed through the hallway. My socks sliding against the floor, close to me dying. I made to Colby's door and barged in. "Hey colbs. Why have me in here?" I asked seeing him at his desk.

"It's about the-" he cupped his mouth to amplify he word. "-prank." He whispered into his hands. I nodded and sat on his grey and comfy couch.

"So, we need to make no suggestion of love or dating to anyone. If a truth or dare happens and some one asks if you like someone say yes for the Sake  of the prank." I nodded agreeing to his terms.

"But to make it believable we need to be close all the time." Then I gave him the same look as earlier today. "We are already super close. We hang out all the time. We are close even though it's been like a week." He nodded. "Ok then that's a check." I giggled to that comment.

"So anything else on your terms and advice list?" I asked seeing him smile from that joke. His white teeth and dimples show well and fit his face. I saw the little twinkle in one tooth as the sun hit the tooths surface, as he spun around in his chair.

"No. Nothing else. Let's try to make it believable though throughout the next few days or week." He implied looking down at a peice of paper he held in his hand.

"Ok, make note that I like someone, for sake of the prank, and stay close, like always." I reviewed what he told me. He nodded "thats right. Ok, let's start this thing." Colby implied then stood up to sit next to me.

"This'll be fun because I like annoying my brother sometimes." I rubbed my hands together like a super villain  would.

Then I saw, in the corner of my eye, Colby slowly inch closer. "This will be fun to prank your brother." Colby smiled and slithered his arm around my waist. I lowered my hands as he pulled me close. I rested my head on his shoulder.

"Alright. Let's stop being cheesy and let's go swim in your pool." I stood up to say all that. He looked down then back up into my eyes. Then when his eyes spotted mine my mind froze. Everything stopped.

The light shinning through his window beemed in and hit his blue eyes making them bluer then ever.

His eyes pierced through my soul and body. My heart thumped seeing his smile slowly appear on his face. His dimples slowly appear as his lips raise showing the lovely and perfect teeth.

"You ready?" I asked then broke eye contact when I realized I was slowly staring at him. "Yea. Let's go get ready." I shook my head and face palmed. "Sorry the light hit your eyes and they were to blue that I couldn't pull away." I quietly chuckled to myself as my back faced Colby.

"Your fine. That actually never happens. People stare at my photos of my eyes though." His low laugh made me turn around. "This was different Colby. I actually stared at you in real life. Not a photo." I showed him a duh face then got rid of it as I trotted over to his door.

"I'll go get ready." I waved bye as Colby slipped his shirt off. I shut the door before anything else happened.

I smiled as I walked down the hallway. I felt like a super model getting ready to swim in the water of the pool.
