I sat in bed scrolling through my phone as Shawn laid down besides me. Shawn leaned over and pecked my cheek. "Alissa?" He said
"Yeah?" I responded softly looking at him.
"What are we?"
"I don't know.." I mumbled.
"Don't you want to make it official?" He asked
"I don't know." I muttered not giving an actual answer.
"So what do you know Alissa?" He slightly raised his voice. "We act like a couple, we sleep in the same bed, we go shopping together for your house, we literally do everything together. What is it alissa?"
"Shawn, I don't want to talk about it. Just leave it for today."
"No. No Alissa, I need to know!"
"Shawn, just leave it. Please."
"You're playing with my emotions."
"We aren't together Shawn. How can I be playing with your emotions?!" I shouted.
"Do you think I don't care about you?!" He said not wanting me to answer the question. "Do you actually love me?"
I stayed silent. "That's not what you were saying last night in bed, or when everyone was over or on our Instagram comments. Are you doing this to make Daniel jealous?!"
I took a deep breath as Shawn scoffed. He got up from the bed and took a blanket. "Leave it." He rolled his eyes as he picked his phone along with his charger.
"Shawn, Dont go" I was cut off my sentence with the bedroom door slamming.

I walked into the living room and saw Shawn on his phone with his headphones in watching random guitar covers that people had done of his songs.
I crawled and rested my head on us shoulder. "I'm sorry.." I pecked him. "I want to be in a relationship with you I just don't want to rush into it because I literally just broke up with Daniel."
"Don't feel like you have to be saying this." He mumbled.
"I'm not. I want to give you everything but I need to be in the right frame of mind."
"So are you in the right frame of mind?" He asked with a serious tone.
"Yeah.." my voice slightly broke.
"Are you?" He smiled looking down at me and I nodded.
He kissed the top of my head multiple times.
