Okay. Here's how I'm getting into Laf's battalion. I'm going to get up extremely early, blend in around his battalion, and stay in the middle. This way I'm less likely to get caught. Mr. Washington is still keeping a close eye on me, so I'll have to extra careful. It's time. Here I go! (Ham almost makes it, but runs into Laurens looking for turtles.)
"ALEX?!? WHY ARE YOU HERE??"
C'mon! It was going so well!
"Well... Umm... I'm allowed to be here."
"Of course you are. Want me to ask Washington I'd that's true?"
Ugh. They're all no fun.
"No... Please! Just let me go this once!! It will be like when we stole that cannon!" Ha! That was so fun! Until I got shot...
".... I dunno.." I've got something to change his mind!
"Nobody needs to know you come out here every day to hunt for turtles!" I think it worked!!
"Umm... Fine. This once. But I'll be watching you."
"Thanks John!" Yes! It's time to go to Laf's battalion! I can't wait to fight!
