..she avoided my eyes and was about to stand up when the nurse walked in..
She came to examine my hands and put her hand across my neck to feel my temperature.. I remained calm allowing her do her job.. Just then Vikky walked towards the door, looked back and winked at me and left.. The nurse changed my bandages and gave me some drugs..
"Come tomorrow for us to change this"She said pointing at the bandage.
"Am to go?"I asked
"Yeah" she said not looking at me..
Just then Vikky came in.
"I've got a school cab to take us dad"she said..
I looked at the nurse in disgust.. Why was she asking me to leave in this condition?.. The nurse tried to help me up but I took away my hands and stood up on my own stubbornly fighting the pain.. "I like you" the nurse murmured as she walked out of the room..
I don't know what happened but I just felt laughter crawling up the walls of my lungs..
Vikky came and helped me to get into the cab..
I sat at the back with her bag while she sat at the front..
The vehicle Shook into life as we started to move..
I felt something touch my leg, I turned to see what it was, it was Vikky's dairy falling out of her bag,there was a little stool like table that the bag was on.. Soon I was staring at her dairy on the table..
I heard a still small voice saying "open it "
I tried to shake away the thought but it was stronger at every fight I made..
The vehicle shook over a bump and a part of the book flipped open and close fast but my eyes caught something...
I saw a place where in Vikky's handwriting was written, "my dark desires for him..... ".. Immediately I looked up in time just to see Vikky looking at me,
I opened my mouth but words just dried up.. "You good dad? "She asked innocently
I sighed knowing that she didn't suspect anything..
I smiled and Shook my head as she turned her face again to the front
I turned my eyes at the windows as my demons awoke and began to torment me to read more!!!!
I began to Sweat profusely...
Vikky is a good girl right?
I began to doubt
