"Oya may we dey go.. "Edward said pulling me along with him..
"Victoria call you? "I asked as if I didn't hear what he said earlier..
"Enh, she tell me say your wallet and phone dey her hand.. "
Phone!!! Immediately I stopped walking, touched my pocket again in shock and noticed that my phone too wasn't with me!!!
I resumed walking but this time slower like a body raised from the dead..
I know I didn't forget my phone and wallet at Victoria's place, something was not right because I didn't sit down or do anything that'd make my phone and wallet leave my pockets..
And I didn't give them to her either or did I?
I heard a slam!!
I jerked back into reality at the sound and saw that it was Edward locking the door.. I was lost in thoughts that I didn't even know we had gotten to our room..
I looked at my bed, it was dressed, I wasn't around to lay on it for days now.. I had missed it but I just stared at it like it was a ghost...
"Girls sha" Edward broke into my head again..
I turned to look at him just then two other guys came from our bathroom and I almost jumped out of my skin in shock..
Who were these guys? They were looking familiar tho but what were they doing in my Lodge at this time?
Edward looked at my face and started explaining,guess my face was already giving an impression..
"Them come visit me, night come reach so I say make them crash for here.. "..
I nodded my head towards them in greeting..their bodies dripping, seemed like they just took a shower.
"Kunle.. "One of them spoke, extending his hand for a shake.. "Mass com"
I took his hand..
The other spoke "Michael,Mass com too"..
"Barnabas,"I said trying to smile... "Business Ad.. "I was cut in my speech..
"Wait o,"Kunle spoke looking at Edward, "Na him be the Barnabas? "
I got confused,
"Wetin do am? "I asked looking at Edward for explanations..
"Na him"Edward replied without looking at me..
I watched with eyes wide, my senses catching every slight movement..
