"Like? "She asked and started playing with her hair with her two fingers.
"Dunno"I said looking around for something, idea, anything but not what just happened a few minutes ago in her room..
"There's this guy"she started, I turned to look at her
"I met him the day I saw you leaving the class in anger" she continued.. "After you left, I was still in shock from the way you shouted at me"
"Am sorry.. " I started
"You apologize too much" she said frowning in a childish way.. "It's fine, and besides you've apologized before. "
"As I was saying "she continued, "this guy walked up to me, he said hi, I didn't reply, in fact I began to walk away.. Can you believe the idiot followed me till I got here? "She laughed..
I just sat not knowing what to expect.. "He said he wouldn't leave until I told him bout what was going on.. "She continued "after much pestering, God!! Dad you need to meet that guy, he can disturb for Africa!! " she said laughing but I only smiled, okay, I knew where this was leading to already..
"So? "I asked in the most fatherly manner I could fake..
"The thing is he really cares, "she said "I see his disturbing as a good thing because he doesn't want anything bothering me that he isn't aware of even if he can't do anything about it"she said smiling
"Wow, that was like five days ago right? "I asked smiling
"Yeah" she giggled,
"And you think you know him already? " I asked not smiling this time..
"Not really dad, "she said as she took my left hand in hers "he has been coming here since then and I think that that's how he is, and he's kinda cute dad, he has dimples too dad! "She giggled..

Her mood dropped a little as she looked into my eyes and saw my seriousness..
