My alarm began to ring and my eyes opened disgusted at it's sound. I reached for it switched it off.
The room was slightly dark, I heard Edward slightly soft snor going on gently...
I turned and saw Vikky sprawled on the other end of my bed,her curly long afro hair scattered over her face..
She stretched on the bed like someone that fell from a building....
*Most of them girls sleep like this and post that they slept like babies* my mind whispered..
I smiled,looking at her breathing gently, her flat tummy and erect boob's rising and falling slowly, one hair strand jumping around her nostrils..
I remembered how several times at night she'd shiver and moan and sometimes let out a soft terrified cry and I'd whisper into her sleeping ear that I was there..i guessed she was having night mares..
I watched her now, lying carelessly on the bed and couldn't help but fall deeper in love with her..
I bent towards her face, removed the hairs covering it, she looked so innocent and fragile...
I planted a kiss on her head and whispered.. "I love you so much" she smiled and turned over to face the other side...
I left the bed and went to freshen up and by the time I came the room was a little bit bright but only Jasmine had woken up..
She still lay in Edward's hands..
Our eyes met as soon as I came into the room..
She stared at me as if expecting me to say something..
I was gonna look away but thought I should show some appreciation for being there for me yesterday.
"Thanks" I said in a low tone.
She didn't say anything instead made a signal with her hands to say for what?..
"for yesterday" I said..
She nodded without saying a word as if she was scared of speaking..
I smiled and went back to the bathroom to make some warm water for Vikky to bath with.. Coming back I saw Jasmine standing staring at Vikky who was still fast asleep..
I gave her the "what? " look as she turned to see me..
"She's beautiful.. " she said smiling..

I didn't know what to reply to that.. I just stood there looking lost of everything.
She chuckled a bit and turned back to look at the sleeping Vikky..
"And she's lucky to have someone like you" she added.
I rose and dropped my eye brows to say "wow okay? "
"You guys should be something serious" she said looking at me now.
I was going to say something but she cut me as if she had read(red) my response..
"You've got to stop all this dad and daughter shit.. It's obvious you like her and and she does like you the same"..
I shook my head and scratched my eyes then my hair trying to look for something to do to get away from this sermon that was starting.
"I'm sorry you met me first" she added staring straight into my eyes and for once I wasn't shy, I wanted to know where this was going.
"Not all girls are going to hurt you" she continued... "This one won't " she said referring to Vikky...
I scratched my eyes again and then nodded.
"I knew you wanted to give me all but for .."
"Please, not now" I cut her silently..
"All I want to say is I was wrong" she said moving close to me, my fist formed slowly.
"the guilt was more so I tried to ease it off my chest by making you guilty for how our relationship ended" she's said slowly.
I looked at her in a cold way.. One eye brow raised higher the other.
"I tried to put the blame on you" she said "I made your life miserable "
She paused, her eyes teary...
"I really didn't want to hurt you this way, I'm sorry"
She sniffed a tear back in..
"I'm not gonna hug you" I said coldly. ..
She chuckled a little.. "I know.. But I'm happy you're happier now" she said.
"You'd never know why I did what I did to you" she added..
I scoffed.. "save me the details" I said walking to where Vikky lay..
I stopped and turned to her..
"And Ehmm..i have forgiven you a long time ago" I said and went to sit beside Vikky.
"thanks" she whispered and began gathering her things slowly and quietly.
I watched her in disappointment..
