Sorry if the story is too long. The two leads need a lot of maturity. 😂 Isa pa, the chapters are not that long unlike my other stroy.

"Umiiyak ka na naman." Lord said while we are in a video call. "Babalik na kami dyan." He sounded frustrated.

"I just miss you and Yago." I said in between my sobs.

It had been four days since they left. At akala mo talaga sa ibang bansa sila nagpunta kung makaiyak ako sa airport. Kuya and Agua were laughing their hearts out imbes na makisimpatya pa sa akin. Yago on the other hand was just thinking that he'll go to the mall kaya masaya pa sya.

"Tahan na. Magigising si Yago." He's trying his best to console me. "Miss na miss ka na din namin. Ang laki na ng gastos ko para lang di ka hanapin ng anak mo." He joked.

Simula palang pagdating nila sa Manila, nagpunta na daw sila sa mall para bumili ng mga kailangan ni Yago.

Sa airport pa lang din, nag-iintay na ang sekretarya ni Lord kasama ang magiging tagapag-alaga ni Yago.

"I really miss you." That's all I can say. Sa isang linggo na nandito sya, nasanay na kagad ako. "You don't seem to miss me naman!" Pagmamaktol ko just to have his full attention.

I can see kasi na he is doing something habang kausap ako. I can see a lot of papers, blueprints, rulers and different kinds of pencil.

He stopped. Then he looked at me. "Alam mo ba kung bakit ako nagpapakaburyo sa trabaho?" I didn't say anything. I just kept on wiping my tears. "Kesa mabwisit ako kasi ayaw mo kong pabalikin dyan, nagtatrabaho na lang ako."

"Even now that we are talking? Ni hindi mo ko tinitignan." He looked so preoccupied.

"Kapag tinignan kita, asahan mo bukas ng umaga nandyan na ko. Gusto mo?" Paghahamon nya.

Natahimik naman ako. Sa nakalipas na mga araw kasi, ilang beses nyang sinabi na babalik daw sya dito. But I kept on telling him na wag na. Alam ko naman kasi na tambak ang mga gagawin nya.

"O di ba ayaw mo?" Napapa-iling nyang sabi habang gumuguhit na naman.

"I miss you, Baby." I said with the saddest voice I could master.

I saw him froze. Then he looked at me. Napailing na lang sya. "Dyan ka magaling." That smile again. "Laki ko ding uto uto no?"

I laughed a little. Alam ko naman kasi na nagtatampo na sya. And this is a big issue on his part. Pero isa 'to sa mga fears na pareho namin dapat ma-conquer.

"Wala na kong hawak. Nakatingin na sa'yo. Magkwento ka na." He said as he lean on his swivel chair.

That is how we always end our nights. Sa una, drama muna. I asks for his full attention. Walang kahati. He's all mine at night since in a daily basis, nakakausap ko naman si Yago everyday using his Yaya's phone or Mom's.

Habang nag-uusap kami, his phone rang. I was silent. Wishing he would not answer it.

"Sagutin ko lang, Baby." He said. I didn't nod nor answer him. "Trabaho 'to." He's kinda pleading so I nod.

He doesn't usually answer calls kapag oras na ng video call namin. So maybe this one is urgent.

"Hello." Of course I can't hear the one in the other line so I just settled on Lord's answers. "Good evening too Miss Clara."

Urgent for a girl's name huh?

"I've sent all the blueprints for the resort yesterday. If there's anything that you want to redo, just tell me." This isn't the first time I heard him speak in full blast english but whenever he does, I fell even more. "Tomorrow is fine with me." He stopped and listened again. "I'll see you then tomorrow, Miss Clara. Bye."
