It's been a couple of years since Violet and Gilbert have been wed, though they truly did love each other, they did not get married until a good year later.
This is their daily life after...after everything.
Also, this a sequel to my first book, Ev...
"We're finally here!" Yousin exclaimed upon walking into the town.
It was about 8 in the morning.
"Yousin, quiet down will you? It's still early in the morning." Yousef scolded his brother.
"Ahh, the weather's amazing." Emma commented.
The cold air matched with the new rose warm sun, is quite the experience.
"I agree." Violet nodded, Gilbert nodded as well.
As they walked further into the town, they noticed some townsmen were already awake, some are just now setting up their shops. What they noticed further is that most of them stared at them or glanced a few many times.
"I think it's what we're wearing." Violet tried answering.
Yousef and Yousin were dressed formality with matching outfits. (These are their uniforms as well.)
They wore a pastel blue polo with matching black pants, with thin brown leather suspenders and a neat black bowtie to add, with nice navy velvet dress shoes. They also wore a beige colored coat that went until their waists. (The bowties and suspenders were given to them by Hodgins as a welcome gift.) They both wore a dark blue flat cap as well.
Emma wore his brother's plain black suit when he was younger, which fits her, and a simple white polo shirt Lucas' son was still too young to wear, with her own dark brown laced boots. She also wore her brother's wool trench coat which she recieved when she commented she was cold. (Lucas forced her to bring it.)
Violet wore her doll outfit, though she changed it a little bit for it to be more flexible. She also wore a warm dark blue coat that went until her thighs.
And Gilbert wore his usual officer uniform, paired with his hard shelled black combat boots. He also wore a jungle green double breasted trench coat that he wore in the military, it goes right until his knee. He also wore his black beret he was given in the military.
Because of his family name and honorable resignation, he was given special confirmations to wear some of his military clarifications. He was given one issue of his uniform as a Lt. Colonel, then he was allowed to go. He wasn't, however, allowed to wear his uniform with civilian rights as a states officer, and is only allowed to wear it on special occasions.
"And also how we look together." Emma added.
They didn't mind them and just continued walking. They all stopped when the twins stopped.
"I think this is the address." Yousef said.
They stopped in front of the said house's gate.
Violet walked in the gate first, up until the door. The rest followed.
*knock *knock *knock
Footsteps were heard until...
"Oh, hello."
A lady in her 30s appeared on the door. As well as a beagle puppy.

It stared at Violet. Violet was startled by it so she stepped backwards. She never seen a dog before.
"Are you the Auto Memory Doll from Leiden?" The lady asked.
"Yes." Violet said, trying to not be bothered the dog. "I will travel anywhere to meet our customers' request, Auto Memory Doll, Violet Evergarden at your service." She bowed.
"Yes, well come inside," The lady offered with a kind smile, "with your...uhh friends." She added, confused on how many people were standing in front of her house.
"I apologize for the delay in introduction Madam." Violet said. "These are Yousef and Yousin Sharif, they are from my company, they are here for an educational visit." She introduced.
The Sharif twins bowed.
"This is Emma Mellor, a....doll in training." Said Violet, not really knowing what to say to the customer when she brought Emma along with them.
"And this is Gilbert Bougainvillea, a state officer in Leiden, he will be accompanying us because...we are too large in number." Violet explained. She can't really say she was targeted, now can she?
"How do you do?" They all greeted in chorus, which they rehearsed before reaching there, with a bow.
"I hope you are alright with this arrangement." Violet bowed yet again.
"Yes, it is alright, though you'll all have to stay at an hotel for the 4 days I asked for you, will that be alright?" The lady asked sincerely.
"Yes, that will be fine." Violet replied.
"Right, please come in." The lady said, opening her door.
When the group went on inside, the lady closed the door.
"You all can sit on the couches and chairs, I can prepare some tea, if you all would like." The lady offered.
"Yes, ma'am." Violet answered.
The others with caps, removed it and sat down.
"Right, also, my name is Mara Colby, nice to meet you all." The lady, now known as Mara, smiled, bowing her head.
