A loud noise was heard briefly in the kitchen after that came out of Colin's mouth.

"Are you alright there? I shouldn't have said that, I am out of place right now. I apologize, do you need help?" Colin mumbled, quickly rushing towards Violet.

The glass cups shattered on the floor.

"Oh, are you okay?!" Colin exclaimed as she saw some glass shards scratch and cut her lower leg and feet.

"I'm fine, I'll...just go upstairs and clean these cuts...can you clean this mess?" Violet asked calmly, even though the cuts she got hurt a little bit more than she thought.

"Yes, yes, of course! I'm so so sorry! I'll clean this up." Colin said, rushing to broom the glass.

Violet carefully walked up the stairs and into her bedroom.

Gilbert arrived a little while after the mess was cleaned in the kitchen, though not upstairs.

He said, "I'm back." Looking for a sign of Emma or Violet, but no sign.

His anxiety raised a bit, but calmed himself, removed his shoes and headed upstairs.

"Violet?"

He went and opened their bedroom door. Complete confusion ran through his head as he saw another womans body laying on his bed, seemly sleeping.

(A/N: Hopefully you understand my sketch of the upstairs house of the Bougainvillea couple. And please be kind to me because I am not a certified architect. If you'd like, I can draw a rough sketch of the downstairs as well.)

He walked around the bed and saw that the bathroom lights were open. Gilbert looked at the sleeping woman first before opening the bathroom door slowly.

As he opened the door, he walked in and saw Violet at the floor of the bathroom yet again, but this time, with an actual wound.

"Violet." He called as he closed the door and squated down on the cold bathroom tiles next to Violet. "Are you okay?" He said, seeing Violet holding her ankles and feet wrapped in gauze.

Violet nodded, "It's just a few small cuts and scratches, and maybe slight redness." She said, releasing her ankles and put her hands on the floor. "Can you..." Gesturing for Gilbert to help her up.

"Right." Gilbert muttered under his breath, helping her up.

Upon standing up, Violet winced slightly.

Gilbert put up a concerned face, but didn't say anything and opened the door. He let Violet sit on the bed before closing the door and lights in the bathroom.

Then, he looked at Violet, eyeing the woman on the bed, questioning in his head, 'Who is that?'.

Violet slightly nodded and tapped Colins leg, trying to wake her up. A little later, Colin woke up and jolted so surprised that she fell out the bed.

Colin clumsily stood up and saw Gilbert. Upon seeing him, she swiftly walked more far away from him and bowed a full 90 degrees.

She exclaimed, "I am extremely sorry! I was waiting for Ma'am Violet to finish in the bathroom but ended up falling asleep. Forgive me for the intrusion in your house! I shall leave this instant!" Colin said in a hurry, stiffly walked out the door.

"Stop." Gilbert commanded.

Colin froze in her spot.

"Do you have a place to stay?" He asked.

Colin shook her head.

"Then stay, at least overnight so that I can see what you did to have stumbled into my house. A guest at the Bougainvillea family should stay at least one night, especially an uninvited guest without a days notice prior." He said with a stoic face, not that Colin could see, but she could feel the aura in the air that this man is powerful.

"I see....then excuse me to rest the night." Colin replied, composing herself and said formally, before closing the door behind her and walking into the, previously shown, guest bedroom. Internally screaming her nervousness.

As the door closed, Gilbert sat down next to Violet and sighed, leaning his head lightly on top of hers.

"I'm tired, Violet. Can you explain what happened while I was away today while change." Gilbert said, standing up and looking for a fresh pair of clothes.

Violet nodded, rubbing the side of her neck and laid down, sighing. She closed her eyes and rubbed her growing womb. Gilbert took notice of that.

"Is your neck sore?" He asked.

"A little bit, yeah."

He walked to her side of the bed and adjusted her pillow to her neck.

"Better?"

"Yeah." Violet answered smiling.

Gilbert meekly smiled back, kissing her lips shortly.

"Tell me the story of today please, I am very much interested on how you got cuts and swelling on your feet." He said, walking back to the closet and changing clothes.

"Well to be fair, the swelling is from the pregnancy." Violet answered.

"Yes, yes, please continue." Gilbert said.

"Where the hell is that Colin?"
