"Why..."

"Mm?"

They were walking down the street, looking for a restaurant to have their dinner, and for that, it seemed that word got around about them.

But they don't know that.

"I don't know, it seems that people are staring...are they staring?" Violet mumbling at herself.

Gilbert put his left arm around her waist from the side. Leaning against her just a little bit. "Yes, but don't mind it."

"I'm not." Violet looked at Gilbert, noticing his grip on herself. "Feel dizzy?"

"Hmm? No, it's not that. It's just that, it feels weird to have no right arm anymore. I didn't notice my imbalance until now." Gilbert said, walking along her.

"Well, imagine how weird it felt when I woke up with no arms at all, haha." Violet seemed to laugh to herself at the irony.

Gilbert chuckled a little as well, he'd have to admit that it was quite the weird thought.

"Hm, how about this one?" Violet pointed to a restaurant with her prosthetic arm.

"Well, I guess, seeming that all of Machtig have the same sort of advertisement up, we'll just have to go with this one." Gilbert squinted at the door.

"Hah...I think you might need some glasses soon. And that really isn't a bad thing, but it's not a good thing either, considering you only have one eye left." Violet commented, "Come on, let's go in and not waste our time."

Gilbert nodded, and then both of them walked in the restaurant as a chime sounded as they entered.

"Good evening to you two. Let's get you seated, yeah?" The waiter said.

"Yes, thank you." Violet said.

They seated at a side table near the windows.

"Here are the menus, you may call me when you have decided to order." The waiter said, before walking away.

Honestly, the restaurant wasn't bad, no, correction, it was very good. The service was great, the food was delicious, and the restaurant itself is respectful.

It was very good.

Except for that young man that approached Violet when Gilbert went to pay the bill at the counter.

But it was resolved. As expected.

When Gilbert went to pay the bill, here's what happened.

A young man approached Violet, his first words towards were...

"Good day, miss. Here with your brother?"

Violet didn't things to escalate, so she said straight to the point, "I'm married, good sir. It's best if you run along."

But he didn't step back.

"Aww, I'm just here for fun, miss. Don't be so stubborn, I kinda know that the miss wouldn't be off married so young. You don't even look like a housewife, you're very looking good. You look like someone fun..."

Violet inwardly sighed and was starting to get quite annoyed at the young man.

"Right. Good sir, you flatter me, but whilst not knowing each other, not even by name, you called me stubborn and not just that, you questioned both my age and my marital status, which is quite well by the way, but should be none of your business. So please, while I'm asking kindly, go on about your actual business." Violet said, ever so respectfully, despite her low temper these days. She tried.

Yet again...this young man really didn't listen.

"You're too harsh on me, miss. I was just asking kindly if you wanted to go out sometime." The man said.

At which, Violet began to scoff. "And I don't recall you 'kindly' asking anything."

It seemed the young man lost his patience as well, but with something else.

"Aww, come on." The man sat behind Violet. "I'm just saying that you'll have a good time with me. Just one night of fun together, and I'll go. That's all I wanted anyway. And since you want 'kind', please?" The man declared.

Violet has had it, she was disgusted at the young man's disrespect. It seemed this young man wouldn't listen to kind words anymore.

"Look. If I wanted to spend time with you, I would have already, but I haven't, because I'm here for a reason and one reason only. So I'm leaving thank you, I'm not going with you." Violet said, standing up.

But the young man grabbed her arm.

"And what's the reason?" He asked, still having that smile on his face.

"I'm here to support my husband. Now please let go. I don't want to make a scene." Violet said for how many ever times to the man.

"Well, you should've just said so." The man said, letting go of her arm.

"Really?" Violet said, finally relieved that the young man is done talking with her.

"I can just ask your husband for permission."

"Permission?" Violet is exhausted talking with this man. She just wants to sleep now.

"Yeah, it's fine. Your husband is probably some old rich guy, right?"

Violet sighed...

"My husband is there. Oh, here he comes." Violet said.

"Huh? Where-"

Gilbert stood in front of him.

"Hey there..."

Gilbert ignored him and faced towards Violet. "Let's go."

"Yes please." Violet exclaimed.

"But ah-"

Gilbert faced the young man. "We're leaving. Good day."

"...ah...yes..."

Then they left the restaurant, apologizing for causing a scene.

So, all in all...a very busy day.

Well...the young man added some things to the rumors...well...can't really say bad things...
