Chapter Sixty Four ~ Stuff, Just Stuff

"There's actually a god? And he lives on an island up here that no one is allowed to walk on?" Luffy asked "Right"Conis nodded "You mean the god? The same one from all the old stories and he actually lives on the island next door to you?"Chopper asked "He does i'm sure that everyone noticed the big sign that said god land Skypiea that means this land is ruled by the all mighty god Eneru"Conis said.

"Eneru? I've never heard of a god with that name before"Nicole said "He knows and sees everything, he's truly omniscient"Conis said "Everything?"Usopp asked Conis nodded "He keeps his all seeing eyes focused on everyone always"Conis said "For real?"Usopp asked "Like right now?"Luffy asked.

"Oh yes"Conis said "I hate when people stare at me and i can't see them"Chopper said, Zoro scoffed "God huh?"he muttered "Wait you don't believe in god? Why not?"Chopper asked "Well for me i don't see proof of it one way or another and to be honest i don't really care to but if you want to go ahead, it's not up to me to deny anyone their beliefs"Zoro said.

"I'm on the same boat, i've heard of countless gods, sometimes wars are fought over which side has the "right" so called god, i don't see the point, you're welcome to believe what you want but i don't see the point of believing in a greater force, you're in control of your own life, although you're also welcomed to believe there is no control, personally i don't buy it"Nicole said.

"So Conis if this guy Eneru lives on the Upper Yard which is so close you must have set eyes upon him before?"Sanji asked switching the topic "Absolutely not it's forbidden to go there, the upper yard is sacred ground and only for our god to rest, i'm sorry"Conis said.

"I see a place we're not allowed to go to no matter what huh?"Luffy asked sparkling in excitement "I've seen that look in your eyes before Luffy and it always gets us into trouble, when the lady says we can't go there because it's sacred or whatever that's exactly what she means we cannot go there i'm not letting you drag me down with you this time"Usopp said shaking the rubber boy around.

"No hey i understand we're not supposed to go there"Luffy said with a big grin, he totally wanted to go there, "Come on you really think i'm the kind of guy who would do that?"Luffy asked munching on bread 'Yes absolutely' the crew thought with sweatdrops.

"Hey wait if this guy is god shouldn't he forgive you no matter what you do? Walking around on some forbidden island doesn't seem like a big deal to me"Luffy said "No braking any laws put forth by our lord is nothing less then sacrilegious"Conis said "Sound more like this is just some guy you give the title of god to"Nicole muttered but no one seemed to hear her.

"Well i guess it doesn't matter either way"Luffy said his mouth full from stuffing it "Tell me i assume there are some vicious and dramatic consequences of entering the upper yard do you know what they are?"Robin asked "Yeah i do"Conis said "What are they?"Zoro asked "It is our belief that if you go there you will not return alive"Pagaya said "Everyone who goes there dies?!" Usopp asked.

"I must admit i'm just as worried about Nami as all of you are i hope she hasn't sailed too close to the upper yard"Pagaya said, Sanji started yelling over the balcony for Nami in an absolute panic, "Alright let's go and find her we're wasting time"Luffy said "You don't wanna go find Nami you just wanna go to quench the thirst of doing exactly the opposite of what you're told!"Usopp yelled shaking the rubber boy around again.

"Luffy we gotta get going"Sanji said but Luffy ignored the cook still stuffing his face "Fine don't listen to me but i'm going to make you feel awful if something happens to Nami while you're busy stuffing your face the food will be here when we get back"Sanji said but Luffy still wasn't listening.

"Conis i know this guy i could be here all day, could you tell me how to get to the upper yard i gotta go help Nami"Sanji said "But you don't know for sure, about Nami she might be out there somewhere on the clouds and nowhere near the upper yard i mean"Conis trailed off "I can't explain how devastating it would be to encore the wrath of our god Eneru"she said "This Eneru guy doesn't sound like the nicest guy to be around"Chopper said "He doesn't have to be, he's god"Zoro said.

"Time to set sail for the place of no return that we're not supposed to go to anyway!"Luffy said "I am so sorry there's no head wind blowing if you set sail at this time you'd spend an extraordinary amount of time getting to the upper yard"Pagaya said "What?"Luffy asked "So what's an extraordinary amount of time?"Usopp asked "It's exponentially longer then it would be if your ship was powered by using our dial energies but it's not"Pagaya said.

"That's real nice but we need a number"Sanji said "Sorry only the wind knows your answer" Pagaya said "Oh of course the wind"Usopp said "Old man you gotta know of a faster way to get use there other then sitting here and waiting for the wind to pick up"Luffy said.

"See Luffy it doesn't matter what we do you're always gonna find a way to put me in danger i can't live like this"Usopp said "What't your problem?"Luffy asked "I'm nervous"Usopp said.

"Yeah! Finally we have some place dangerous to go! I can't sit around on this beach and wait for the wind to pick up any longer!"Luffy said taking the busted up old waver he had found out on the white white sea but the little boat like this flipped over before he could even get it moving.

"What an idiot"Zoro said "How could he possibly not know that was going to happen?"Usopp asked as Luffy sank "So uhm does anyone wanna save him?"Chopper asked "Let him drown"the other said while Nicole just sighed "I got it"she said jumping in and fishing the rubber boy out.

"Man you're such a pain you know that?"Zoro asked Luffy pressing down on the rubber boys ballooned stomach to make him spit out the cloud water whatever as Nicole was wringing out her hair.

"Hmm so this is your old waver huh? You should take better care of it"Pagaya said examining it "It's not ours we found it like that"Usopp said "Would you like me to take a look at it? Assuming it's fixable i should be able to do that for you"Pagaya said "How would you know how to fix it?"Luffy asked "I'm an engineer that specialises in dial ships so i should know"Pagaya said "Yeah really then what are you waiting for?"Luffy asked.

While Pagaya was fixing the waver, Chopper and Usopp were playing with clouds like snow making sculptures, Zoro and Nicole were napping on the ship being watched over by Robin, "So can you fix it?"Luffy asked Pagaya "I've never seem parts like these before"Pagaya said "Come on just fix it already"Luffy said "I'm sorry but until i have a chance to look at this closer i don't know if i can fix it"Pagaya said.

"Will you at least try?"Luffy asked "Yes of course"Pagaya said, then Luffy noticed a group approaching them "Looks like we have company"he said "You there on the beach! Don't move!" someone from the group yelled waking up Zoro and Nicole "Does he mean us?"Luffy asked, the group got closer as they crawled on the ground "Hey uh why are they crawling?"Sanji asked "Who knows i mean they've obviously got issues"Usopp said "Cause they're crawling around like crabs?"Chopper asked.

"White Berets halt!"the leader of the group said as Nicole, Zoro and Robin joined the others on the beach, "Heso!"the white berets greeted Conis and her father greeted them back "What are they?"Zoro asked "This places military?"Nicole ventured a guess "Usopp said they have issues" Chopper said "Well look what we have here you must be the blue sea people who have illegally entered the sovereign land of Skypiea"the leader said.

"Huh?"Luffy asked "Prepare to have the weight of heavens judgment brought down upon you!" the leader said.
