𝐻𝑖𝑠 𝑐𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒, 𝐻𝑖𝑠 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑎𝑠𝑒

~Lake pt.1~

I felt something lightly brush over my eyebrows, I scrunched them together in an attempt to get rid of the tinkle. Instead, I felt something brush over my nose. I let out a groan as I buried my head into my pillow, letting out a sigh at the warmth of it.

It was peaceful for a moment before I felt something tickle my cheek, then my chin, my neck, my shoulders. I shrugged it off as best as I could, until the tickle got my lips. I opened my eyes to see Felicity smiling at me, brushing her fingers over my lips.

"Yes Princess?" I asked, smirking as she blushed at the little nickname. "I need to go to the bathroom and you wont let go." She said, pouting. I chuckled lightly before letting her get up. I laid back on my bed, slinging my arm over my eyes as I let out a breath.

I was peacefully lying when my bedroom door was thrown open, footsteps thundered on the wooden floor, stopping at the end of my bed. "Do you guys not know how to knock?" I asked, moving my hand from my face to see Xavier and Blake standing at the end of my bed. "Yes, but we didn't feel like it. Listen, we are having some friends over so could you... I don't know... leave?"

"So I'm being kicked out?" They both nodded their heads, I rolled my eyes. "Licity!" Felicity walked out of the bathroom, she walked over and sat on the bed. "Yeah?"

"We are going to the hide out today, okay? When does your mom want you back?"

"She said as long as I tell her what is happening, then I can do as I wish." I thought for a second before a smile grew over my face. "Do you want to camp at the hideout tonight?"

"Yes!" Felicity said in excitement, I chuckled as I pulled her into a hug. "Give us an hour and we will be gone until tomorrow." I told my stepbrothers, they just stood their watching us. "That means get the fuck out of my bedroom, dumb asses." I growled at them, they turned and walked away.

"I just need to take a shower, get dressed, pack a bag and we will be good. You can watch some YouTube on the TV if you want." I said as I stood up, making my way to my bathroom. I shut the door and turned the shower on, I completely forgot to lock the door but I don't really care, the shower has a blurred window, you can't really see anything. Just skin... or rather a dot of color.

I had my shower, I went to reach for my clothes when I realized I didn't grab any. "Shit. Felicity!" I heard a quiet 'Yeah?' in response. "I kinda forgot to grab some clothes, is there a chance you could bring me some? or at least some boxers and some pants?" I asked, hoping she had heard me.

While I was waiting, I wrapped a towel around my waist and walked over to the sink. I grabbed my tooth brush and started to brush my teeth when there was a small knock on the door. "It's open." I said as I spat into the sink, rinsing my mouth with mouth wash. I looked in the mirror to see Felicity standing shyly at the door with a pair of my pants and underwear.

I walked over, taking them from her hands. "Thank you Felicity, Ill be out in a minute." Felicity nodded before leaving the bathroom, I did however catch sight of her flushed face. I pulled my boxers and pants on, I didn't bother drying my hair, knowing it would dry itself.

I walked out of the bathroom, Felicity was sitting on the bed, watching Markiplier. I made my way over to my bed, I pulled a duffel bag out and walked over to my drawers. I shoved a bunch of clothes into the bag including swimwear. "Hey Lis, do you have a swimsuit? There's a lake near the house, I was thinking we could go for a swim?"

"I don't have any swimwear but I do have undergarments?"

"That could work." I said, I shoved my big Bluetooth speaker into the duffel bag, I had a big playlist that we would be able to listen to. Once I was sure I had everything, I zipped up my bag. "Okay, you ready to go Licity?"

"Yeah, I'm ready." Felicity got off of the bed, she picked up her bag and walked over to me. We walked out of my room, I had my power pack to charge our phones in my pocket. "Okay, Felicity and I are leaving, we will be back tomorrow at... tomorrow..." I said, mentally slapping myself. "Yeah, okay just hurry up and leave." Xavier said, not looking up from his phone.

I took Felicity's hand and we left, making our way to the hideout. "Do you want to get something to eat on the way?" I asked her, I felt quite hungry so I thought Felicity would be too. "Sure, can we get something from McDonald's?" I nodded my head, we walked into McDonald's. I got myself some McMuffins while Felicity got some pancakes.

We sat down and ate our breakfast, I told Felicity about the trips my brother, dad and I had taken to the house. "You really thought there was an eel in the water?"

"Yes! There was something slimy and I didn't realise that it was just my brothers swimming noodle..." I trailed off, embarrassment seeping in. Felicity started laughing, making me playfully glare at her. "What about you? What's the silliest thing you've done?"

"Hmm... well, it would have to be that time when I was six. I was sitting in the classroom with the schools pet fish, I thought he could use some fresh air so I picked him up out of the tank and placed him on the table before leaving. When I came back, he was dead and slightly cooked."

I couldn't stop myself from laughing, Felicity just sat there shaking her head. "You cooked your classes gold fish!! Jesus Christ that's even better than me and the fake eel!!" I said through laughs, when I sobered up, we finished our breakfast and headed off.

We talked as we made our way to the house, nothing special, just small conversation. When we got there, we placed our stuff in the bedroom. I got changed into my swimsuit, throwing on a random top before grabbing my speaker and phone. "Felicity, we are going to the lake! I have a towel for both of us!"

Felicity came out of the bathroom in a crop top and some denim shorts. I guess she is either going in that or her underwear. Not that I'm complaining...

Ew, Cooper no... don't do that... don't.

I started to play my camping playlist as we walked towards the lake. My Bluetooth speaker made it four times louder, and the bass on it was amazing. As we got closer to the river, I handed Felicity the speaker and my phone before standing behind her and placing my hands over her eyes.

"It's just around the corner but I want to surprise you..." I guided Felicity, making sure she didn't trip on anything as we got closer to the lake. I finally stopped, a smile on my face as I lent down to whisper in Felicity's ear. "We're here." I let my hands slip from her eyes, placing them on her shoulders.

"This place is amazing Cooper!" Felicity shouted, completely forgetting I was right beside her. "Oh my god I'm sorry Cooper! I didn't mean to shout so loud."

"That's okay Licity, I was the same way when we first found this place. Now..." I walked over to the water, pulling my shirt off and throwing it to the side. I cannonballed into the water, this lake was quite deep, even in the shallow bit. As I broke the surface, I did that sexy thing us guys do and flipped my hair. "You coming in?"
