"WHAT THE FUCK?!?!" I shouted at the top of my lungs, dropping the towel in my hand as I brushed my fingers through my hair... my BLUE HAIR.
Felicity ran into the bathroom, which I once again forgot to lock. "What happened?!" She said, looking around the room till her eyes fell on me, or rather my blue hair. "Y-your hair..."
"IT'S BLUE!! WHAT THE FUCK?!" Felicity looked at me with confusion as I broke into a smile. "Ha! That's what you get Jackass-" Xavier started to say but stopped as he saw my smile, his smirk dropped as he looked at me. "Why are you smiling?"
"I've always wanted to dye my hair blue but mom never let me!! Your pathetic prank just gave me an excuse!!" I shouted, running my hand through my hair as I looked at it in the mirror. I had always wanted to dye my hair blue, at least a little bit but this was awesome! I had always been worried that blue wouldn't look good with my brown hair but it just looks even better.
"What happened?! Why did you scream?!" Mom asked as she pushed past Felicity and Xavier to see if I was okay. Her jaw dropped as she saw my hair. "What did you do?!"
"Xavier tried to get back at me by putting hair dye in my shampoo bottle, it's his fault." I said like a five year old. Xavier glared at me as mom shook her head, she turned to Xavier and Harrison and bid them to follow. "Oh and put some pants on Cooper, I'm sure you and Felicity would both be embarrassed if your towel dropped."
God I hate how smug my mom can be at times. I blushed as I gripped my towel, making sure it didn't fall as I went into my room and grabbed my clothes before going back into the bathroom. I got changed into my pyjamas, a pair of black sweatpants and a grey shinedown hoodie, I didn't bother putting a shirt on seeing as I was wearing a hoodie.
I made my way into my bedroom, Felicity was sitting on her phone. She didn't notice me come out, she was to focused on her phone. As I got closer, I saw what was on the screen.
Unknown-
My god you're such a fat bitch, no wonder you hang out with the depressed boy of the school. You've probably already opened your legs to him you slut. No one wants you here, just end yourself you pathetic bitch.
I crawled onto the bed, Felicity saw me and panicked, she switched her phone off in the hope I didn't see. She had tears in her eyes as she avoided my gaze, it broke my heart to see her like this.
I sat behind her, pulling her against me in a hug. She started to sob as I held her, and I let her. "You are not a fat bitch, you aren't pathetic and you sure as hell aren't a slut. You're beautiful Felicity, in every single way. Everything about you is beautiful, from your hair to your eyes, and your smile that's wide, to your scars and even your toes. You are beautiful Felicity... you shouldn't believe what other people say."
I held Felicity tightly as she cried, rubbing my hand soothingly through her hair. She turned around, wrapping her arms and legs around my waist. She buried her face in my neck, her tears wetting my skin but I didn't care.
I pulled her closer to me, running my hands soothingly over her back. After a few minutes, she stopped crying, her smooth breathing telling me she was fast asleep. I smiled softly as I placed a small kiss on her forehead. I moved so that I was lying down, Felicity wrapped around my torso.
I fell asleep to her lying peacefully in my arms, her warm breath soothing my cold skin.

"Come on boys, you want to get the good candy right?" Mom asked, causing Jax and I to nod our heads. "Yeah! Then we share it with our friends!" We both said at the same time, something we did a lot.
Mom took us to the park, where we were meeting our friends, Dylan and Kyle. They were our best friends, our only friends other than each other. Dylan and Kyle has been friends since Kindergarten and we met them last year.
"Jax! Cooper! Over here!!" Dylan shouted, we turned to see Dylan and Kyle, they were dressed up as storm troopers, just like us. We waved goodbye to mom as we both made our way over to them.
"Hey guys! Are you ready to go trick or treating?! I wonder what candy there's gonna be!!" I shouted, jumping up and down with excitement as my brother laughed at my silliness. I was the more active of the both of us, I was a lot more social and sporty than Jax. He was more of the video gamer and the couch potato but he still played sports with me. Just like how I would play video games with him.
"Dude! Apparently Amy is dressing up as the devil, someone said her costume would be really cute!" Kyle said. We all had a crush on this girl called Amy, she was really sweet and nice to everyone, we all hoped that she would talk to one of us.
"Amy looks nice in anything." Jax said with a smile, out of all of us, Jax liked her the most. But we all sadly knew that we wouldn't have a chance with her.
"Forget about girls! This is Halloween!! The night of fright! Let's go!! That candy won't be there forever!" I shouted, dragging my friends along as we went off on the hunt for candy... my one true love...
~~
I flopped down on my bed, smiling at how amazing a night I had had. Jax, Kyle, Dylan and I had run around for hours, we had visited each house twice and now had twice the amount of candy any other kid had.
"I can't believe we got so much! I would have thought we would get more raisins..." Jax muttered, causing me to laugh. "Just enjoy it dude! We got so much candy! I can't wait to eat it all in one day!" I said, laughing evilly at the end.
I stopped as I saw Jax starring at me. We looked at each other for a few seconds before cracking up laughing. I loved moments like these, when we just hung out like brothers. Being with Jax made everything better, we always had a good time when we were together.
And I loved that.
I love my brother, nothing can change that.
This is the life.
