Lately it was very busy and the butterfly estate had a lot to do. It was very chaotic and messy. Shinobu was going to lose it any minute, the stress was never a problem to her, but somehow everyday up to 3 injured slayers came. Shinobu, Aoi and the rest were out of breath, and no end was to be seen soon.

You, the ice pillar, were injured too and and had to be brought to the butterfly estate. You probably wonder how you got that injured, well it's a long story. ————— You and the wind pillar, Sanemi, had to go into a village a bit farther away, to slay two demons who were causing trouble. The way there was silent between you two. You could only hear Sanemi cursing every now and then, the breezing wind and people talking. „Everything thing okay Shinazugawa-san?". You asked out of curiosity. He gave you an annoyed and disgusted look. „It's none of your business dipshit!". Yes, this was expected as always. Sanemi couldn't really stand you, because you seemed to everyone stronger than him. You weren't the male who was up to rivalry and being better than anyone, but so did Sanemi think of you. As the both of you were in the middle of the village, terrified screams could be heard, making you and Sanemi rushing towards it. It was already bloody and the demon was devouring it's meal. „Come here you BASTARD!! I'm gonna kill you now!". You rolled your eyes at his behavior-always so violently...ugh. You charged forward, slashing the demons arm in process, Sanemi did the same on the other side. „Hey stop doing what I am idiot!". „Listen Sanemi, I'm not here to argue about something like that! These peoples need hel-". You screamed in agony as the other demon stabbed you with his weapon. Sanemi stood frozen there, watching you struggling from the stab. „That's it you demon! Ice breathing: 2nd form, ice blizzard". Your body moved slower but you managed to defend yourself from any further attack. Sanemi rushed to your help, cutting the demons head. „You know Sanemi, I never knew you cared". He huffed in annoyance, picking you up and walking back with you. This brings you back here, Shinobu being angry at you and lecturing the dangers to you. ————— „I tried to be careful, but me and Mr. Grumpy came into an argument...again..". She shushed you, not wanting to hear what you had to say. She took of your uniform, cleaning your wound and putting bandages around your muscular body. While doing it, she somehow blushed a little bit. You, being rather the quiet type, you noticed but didn't say anything. „So I'm done now, rest and drink your medicine a-what's with that smirk of yours (L/N)-san?". You began laughing at her, oh how you loved seeing her confused. „Well can I help you to get that blush away?". She turned away of embarrassment, making her way out. „D-drink your medicine and s-stay in bed you brat!". Shinobu came back minutes later, seeing you sound asleep. She pecked your check and admired your handsome face. 'I guess I'll always have to patch you up, and help you...you dumb idiot'
She smiled to herself and left you sleeping.
