Doing him for the first time so I hope I did his character well <3

-Oh..and spoiler ahead-

The sunrise was in your opinion the most beautiful start of a day. And so was the sunset at evenings. You sat outing under a cherry blossom tree, letting you get amazed by the beautiful view. As a child of the Ubuyashiki, you too were cursed and had to fight in order to survive it. And as a result, you had held on the longest of all. „A lovely day, isn't it my child?". A soothing voice said, which belonged to your father, the headmaster of the demon slayer corps. „It really is father. The sunrise is as beautiful as ever and the bright colors as they slowly become to the blue sky we see everyday". He laughed softly, sitting besides you now. „How did you now I was here father?", you said in pure curiosity. „It's your favorite place isn't it my dear (Y/N)? I figured it out because of your siblings if that is how you want to now it". You nodded slowly as you couldn't bring up words to speak because of your sore throat. And that scared you. Sadly, you were one of the weakest children in the Ubuyashiki family, yet you've done so much on your own..but that didn't give you the courage to survive that curse.

„Are you alright my little angel?". The soothing voice of your father said which made you calmer than before and let the thoughts brush away. „It's alright. Nothing bad father". He then smiled and turned his head to look at the sky. „Mother nature..how beautiful it is". Agreeing with him you instinctively cuddled closer to him. Soon you were greeted by the voice of your mother; „Breakfast is ready. It's time to eat". She then walked over to your father and helped him up as you did the same on the other side. Amane gasped softly at seeing you do something with your frail and weak body. „Are you sure dear that you can do this?". „Of course I am dear mother! I will and want to help father and it's not like I cannot do anything on my own". The woman smiled gently at you and started to walk back inside the estate, with you following closely behind.
Arriving inside, you spotted your other siblings already waiting at the table and ready to eat all together.

{little time skip after the breakfast}

You slowly walked outside again, holding onto anything for stabilization. Your feet barely held you and the shivers on your whole body didn't do any better. 'I'll never know when it will be the last time..but I want to be as often outside as I can and be together with father...'
A tear slipped down your cheek, as soft whimpers escaped you. „Are you alright my child?". You knew very well that your father was a smart man and would notice anything, even while being blind. There was no hiding unless you've never would have shown feelings. „No...not really...". Your response was only a whisper but Kagaya understood it like the calm waters. He placed his hand on your head, stroking it to give you the comfort you needed right now. „Take me outside under our cherry blossom tree and then you can tell me what is making you so terribly sad". Wiping the mast tears away, you gently took his bigger hands and led him outside where you have been in the morning. The sky was a beautiful blue color as the birds gracefully flew by, the wind blowing a soft breeze, calming you down completely.

You helped your father sit down on the ground, you joining him right away. His hand wrapped around your small frame, you snuggled yourself as close as you could to him. His touch..oh so gentle and his voice..soothing as always. „Now my little (Y/N), tell me what has been on your mind to upset you like this?". Taking a deep breath, you closed your beautiful (e/c) eyes and started to tell him what was and still is wrong or much rather bothering you. „I am really scared for our family. For your health and mine of course. But the curse is making me feel so..deeply in sorrow and fear...". Opening your eyes again, you lifted your head up to be met with a gentle smile. „If I understood correctly, you are afraid of the curse and our family being killed?". You hummed as your throat stung again. „You don't need to worry about this. Such a young and innocent child like you should live your days like it could be your last one. Change your way of thinking...you will feel a log better afterwards. But only if you try or else I cannot guarantee you that either of them will work". You mumbled a small 'understand' and hugged him tight which he returned.

„Don't you worry my dear child. One day we will all live in peace again, that I will promise you from the bottom of my heart"

You walked hand in hand with your brother Kiriya to the place you've spend nearly your whole life up till now. It was like a miracle. The both of you placed the bouquet of flowers by the cherry blossom tree and prayed in silent. „Father, I took over the corps but now it's all over and we don't need them anymore. Peace has finally come over us". He tightened his grip on your hand as a smile plastered itself on his face. „Thank you for doing all you've could do for us father. Me and Kiriya are thankful and that we will never forget. And now the curse is broken and my body is regaining the strength I needed".

„Thank you for showing me a different view on my precious life. From now on we will live happily and safe. I love you father..unconditionally"
