Sabito launched at you with his wooden sword, so fast that you barely saw from where he was going to attack. But you trusted your senses, dodging his hit with your wooden sword. „Woah! You made it!!". He happily cheered, picking you up and spinning around. You giggled loudly at his actions. They all were so sweet and encouraged you whenever you couldn't make anything. Currently he was teaching you how to react fast when the opponent wasn't in your sight. And it turns out you passed it..he couldn't be prouder of you. Sabito really did admire your strength and how you always learned so fast, even though you were silly and childish, there was a tough side of you.
He also adored your silly reactions when you mastered something. It made him really glad that he took the job to teach you. „Say Sabito...is there maybe something else you'll teach me?". He frowned a bit, „Well, that's all actually. You mastered everything I had to teach you. Congratulations!". You smiled at him, still a bit sad that training with him was over. „Aw come on! Don't pout my little dove!". At this you bursted out in giggles and hugging him close. „It's okay! You were absolutely the best teacher ever!". Sabito chuckled, kissing your forehead softly. „Well you are officially ready to be a hashira! And that means you'll be always by my side". „Oh if that's so my prince charming, I'll be always near then". The both of you laughed again and slowly went back inside your shared estate. Since he was the water hashira (pretend that he became the water hashira alongsides Giyu), he insisted to teach you and become strong to be able to protect yourself. And it worked! You mastered all his attacks, tricks and more.
Sabito is so glad he found himself such a stunning wife that takes up every challenge and does not give up. Sabito made his way into the kitchen to make a delicious meal, while you were changing in your bedroom. „(Y/N)! Dove! My sweet babe! Dinner is ready!!". You chuckled silently and going back into the kitchen. „I'm here, no need to scream like that Sabi". Kissing his nose, you brought your plate on the small table as Sabito joined you. You thanked for the food and started eating, chatting about everything till a knock was heard on the door. „Uhm..(Y/N)-chan? Your here are you?". Mitsuri's soft voice spoke behind the door. Opening the door, you were greeted with a hug, of course returning it. „I'm sorry I forgot to come to you! Well if you want we can speak quickly". She nodded and took your wrist, jumping excitedly. „Did you already tell him?!". She whisper-yelled, making you blush a bit. „U-uhm...well...n-not really". Mitsuri's expression changed into a serious one. „Okay listen here girl! Why would your sweet, cute and kind husband not accept it? Tell me what scares you so much for not telling him that? You swore to tell him 3 months ago, but you didn't". You fiddled with your fingers, becoming nervous at how serious she was about this.
„I don't t-think he will be..y-you know..ready". She softened her expression, smiling up at you. „Hey..he will accept that. You are his wife and he wouldn't even marry you if he didn't love you at all. But he does dearly (Y/N)-chan". She wiped your tears that had escaped your eyes. „Okay..I'll tell him that". You hugged each other tightly, before you bid her goodbye. Entering your estate again, Sabito stood there with his signature smile, waiting for his amazing wife. „Sabito I need to talk about something really important". He nodded, worry filling his eyes. Sitting down on the shared bed, you took ahold of his soft yet rough hands. „Promise me to not freak out or hate me", he nodded, „Well your going to be a father..". He was silent for quite some time till he bursted out screaming out of happiness. „I'M GOING TO BE A DAD!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!". He hugged you closer to himself, the both of you crying happy tears. „I'm protecting you and our sweet child here". He put a hand on your stomach, grinning happily.
{5 years later}
„Mommy!! Look what daddy got me!!". He pointed at the fox mask that belonged to Sabito. „Wow! It looks so good on you Haruka love!!". He giggled as Sabito entered the room. „Well hello my lovely wife". He kissed you, Haruka pouted at not being noticed. „Hey little buddy! And? You like the gift?". He nodded hugging his father. „Yes!! It's awesome and cool!! And I wanna be cool like you too daddy!!". You smiled, putting a hand on your heart. Haruka looked exactly like his father, except his eyes. They were a bright shade of (e/c), just like yours. Sabito picked him up and walking over to you. „Well aren't you two my most precious things in world. I love you both so much". „I love you both two my boys". Haruka giggled loudly, hugging the both of you. „I love love love you so so so much mommy and daddy!!".
