You missed this, but you won't give him up just yet... ...He was the love of your life, your Kyojuro... ~~~~ Kyojuro's demonic eyes looked at your soft (e/c) ones. A pleading look could be sensed in his, he wanted you to stay and not go again. What if he would accidentally hurt you or any of the innocent peoples? It made him sad to think about this. „Kyojuro love...don't you make that face. I know it's sad to part ways, but it's not so easy sneaking you back..since you turned...into a demon". Kyojuro lowered his head, his fluffy blonde hair hiding his eyes underneath. Deep inside a strange feeling built up inside him. 'Was I so weak..but I protected all the people...all of them are alive. And Kamado...' The snapping of your fingers brought the male back into reality. „Stop doubting yourself for becoming one..it was never ever your fault. Cause I know my Kyojuro very well". He only needed your genuine and gentle smile to let force the thoughts out. A smile bloomed onto his face as you blushed at his cuteness. 'Even though he's a demon..ugh he gets me with that damn smile every time' „Let's go before the sunrises so we can come as near as possible to the headquarters". Kyojuro nodded following you close behind as his love led the way back home.
{time skip cause I. Don't. Know. What. To. Write}
The headquarters were only about five minutes away, but the problem was, you couldn't just walk back with a demon Kyojuro and act like nothing ever happened. 'I think the best thing for now is to hide him in my estate' „Kyojuro! Follow me!". Speeding up, he noticed you ran away from the actual place he thought you'd go, confused he followed you. As soon as the beautiful two cherry blossoms started to appear in his view, a flashback of beautiful memories came into his mind. It was the place he confessed..your home. „Come here inside. That's the only thing I can do for you right now. Therefore I need now a way to explain all this when they find out at some time". The frown on your beautiful features made the former flame pillar sad, so he flashed you a bright grin. „Don't worry (Y/N)-chan my love! I will behave and won't get caught till you find a way". A small smile formed it's way onto your face, „Okay..I'll go now and try to explain why my mission took so long". The male chuckled as he entered your estate, closing it properly so no sunlight would come in and for you, there would be trouble when this comes out. 'I think Oyakata-sama should be informed first before I tell anybody else'
Upon coming back to the headquarters, Tanjiro greeted you. „Oh hello (Y/N)-san! Where were you for so long?". „Ah..hello Tanjiro-kun! Well I got distracted and-", „I smell something...it is......a demonic scent". This is actually what you did not wanted to conquer before Oyakata-sama. „W-what..? That is i-impossible Tanjiro...". „Your nervous about something (Y/N)-san. What happened?". You face palmed at how obvious and stupid you acted. „I brought a special demon here..". The boys' eyes widened at the words you've said. He looked around and whispered to you; „Where is it?". Without wanting to argue with the smart boy, you silently motioned him to follow you. „Don't overreact when we come to my estate...but still I think it will hit you badly". Tanjiro was completely lost and couldn't yet figure out what your words meant. 'Why would it hit me..? Don't tell me someone was hurt!' As the boy lost himself in his mind, completely confused about what kind of scenario would await him. „I an going to open the door now Tanjiro. Please don't do something wrong...". He nodded and entered right behind you. And the sight of a male meditating caught his eyes. „R-Rengoku-san...?". The demon turned his head, this time a sad smile on his handsome features. „Kamado my boy...I apologize for this". „No!! Don't apologize Rengoku-san! But wait..how do you-", „Remember you? I don't know it myself really, but I think my heart was stronger than the demonic wills. So I didn't forgot the people who are important in my life".
He looked at you for a second and turned his attention back to Tanjiro. „Tell me Kamado, how are my father and brother doing?". You and Tanjiro shared a sad expression as both of you looked back. „Well they are fine..but they're not doing so well without you Rengoku-san". Kyojuro only nodded yet he kept his smile...
———— Time had passed by and now everyone knew that Kyojuro was with you. Shinobu on the other side was experimenting to make the perfect serum to turn back demons into humans, of course with the help of Tamayo. And on one day, the perfect antibody was produced by them. So they informed you to come over by nighttime so that Shinobu could give the medicine to your dearly Kyojuro. ———— You walked around, the sun kissing your face softly as the wind blew your hair back. „You do look beautiful as ever my dear (Y/N)..". The soft voice of a certain male said, making you turn around. And you were met with Kyojuro...a human Kyojuro. Tears prickled at in the corner of your eyes. „Y-your..human...Kyojuro". He swept you up, spinning you around before he set you back down. „I'm back my dear..I will forever be with you".
Kyojuro leaned in for a kiss that he had waited for so long. His soft lips touched your plump ones, as he kissed you ever so softly. As you both parted away for breath you spoke up; „I told you, I am not ever going to give you up. Whatever may come".
„I am thankful for that my love..".
