Rui and his 'family' took you in as people tried to kill you. Why? Because you didn't think demons were bad, they were just misunderstood creatures that sadly turned into human eating monsters. It didn't took Rui long enough to scare of the people away from you. His 'mother' came to pick you up and clean you of the dirt. {Flashback} You met Rui on a night walk, he wanted to make you disappear...but you stayed. He has seen that you were about his age (when he was human) and didn't kill you immediately. „I am (Y/N). What's yours?". He was hesitant but somehow on the other side he felt comfort around you. „Rui". He simply replied. „Come meet my family (Y/N). I'm sure they will like you". You were taken back by his sudden answer, but you still followed the white haired young demon. Rui took your hand and guided you inside. „This is father, mother, my sister and brother". You nodded and smiled. „Family this is (Y/N). I want that everyone of you is nice to her and don't hurt her". You could see the fear in his 'mother's' eyes, you didn't asked why.
{Present time}
He took your hand after his 'mother' cleaned you. Rui couldn't believe that you somehow became very important to him. He took you to the roof were he lived and sat down, waiting for you to do the same, but you never did... „Is there a problem? Did these humans my father took care of scared you?". Tears started to flow down your face, you let out your sobs and sniffles. Rui didn't knew what to do so he stood up and hugged you...awkwardly. „I-I'm s-scared Rui...t-they...my family i-is gone...*sob*...n-now they w-want to m-make me...d-disappear...*sob*...". Rui patted your head, think of what he could say. „Look at me. They will never hurt you again, if they do, they're not coming alive out. You better stay now here with us and we'll take care of you. My sister and mother will make you food and we'll prepare you a place to sleep". You sniffed, looking now in his eyes. They were so much better than these people in the village, so of course you said yes to his offer. Rui was your only really loyal friend, and this couldn't be changed...no matter how!
{1 year later}
You and Rui still were together and nobody ever searched for you again, the girl that lives with demons. In the mean time, Rui also smiled a lot with you. It was like a perfect dream and both of you wouldn't want to end this. But one thing bothered both of you. You couldn't stay forever with him. He would live much longer than you and you just couldn't. The thought made Rui really sad, his family thought the same. On night he took you to the roof of his house to ask you a question that would let you both be forever together. „So what is it Rui?". You giggled and smiled bright. „Do you want to become a demon with me? So we can be together and be friends a long time?". He stared into the night sky, waiting nervously for your respond. „It's fine by me Rui. I want to be your best friend forever and ever!!". You kissed his cheek and smiled so brightly that it made him smile too. And so he made yours and his wish true.
You both were together and the bond was something special between you. It made all things better in life with him.
All were happy.
