This little town sucks, there's absolutely nothing to do, but being Scott Stryker has it's advantages. Mavy's foriven me, but I know that she's not to happy about it. "Hey." Becky walked into our shared room. "Slut." I said to her. "You really didn't have to bring me, you know." she said. I just rolled my eyes, everyone has been telling me that ever since we left New York. "You only brought me to make her jealous, but you know that she'll never be jealous of me." she said. "Then if we all know that, why don't you leave?" I asked her. "I couldn't have said it better myself." she said packing her bags. "I'm leaving in an hour." "I don't care."

Becky left as she planned. Hayley and Marcy went to search the town for whatever, the guys went with Mavy's friend Garth to hang out. What kind of name is Garth or even Nash for that matter? Backwoods nobody's. I thought to myself. My girl was out with that Nash guy again, I hated him. So, I decided to do some digging. I put on some black jeans, a band shirt and my leather Jacket and headed to the library to search public records. "First this Nash Bond guy." I said to myself. I search the town database, and found out that Nash bond had been aressted over 100 times in the last 6 years, alone. A grand total of 345 aressts, and only 100 have gone to trial. "Holy Shit! This guys crazy." I said printing out his wrap sheet. Then, I went on to Garth whose last name was, Strauss. He'd been aressted too, but not in the last 6 years, but still disturbingly aressted 200 times and the same 100 were taken to trial. Each one of those cases said there was a third party involved, someone they called the Ring Leader, who went missing for almost 7 years ago. "Who is this guy?" I said trying to find the so called 'Ring Leader'. "Are you alright?" someone asked me. "I'm fine, thanks for asking." I said turning around to see Hayley. "What are you doing?" she asked me. "Hayley, I'm minding my own business just like you should." I said to her. "Okay, I'm leaving now, just wanted to tell you that we're all meeting up at the bar at 10." she told me. "Thanks Hayley." I said moving my hair out of my face. "Scott, I get that you don't trust them, but you've got to trust her. She'll never take you back acting like this." she said disappering just as quick as she appeared. I grabbed the wrap sheets and headed back to the house. Nash, Mavy and Garth were all back, how fun. "Hey Stryker." Mavy said to me. "Hey, could I talk to you?" I asked her. "Sure. What about?" "Nash and Garth." I said to her placing the stacks of paper on a near by table. "Nash! Garth!" she called. The two guys rushed down the stairs. "Yeah?" they said. "Stryker wants to talk to me about you guys." she said. "These are your criminal records, right?" she asked them. they each pulled the correspnding pages toward them, then they switched. "These are ours." Nash said. "No doubt about it." Garth added.

"So, Scott what did you want to tell me about them?" she asked me. "You're boyfriend and his firend are criminals." I said. "They've done everything from petty theft to murder." "That was never proven." Garth said. "So? You were a criminal when I met you." she said. "And if you're so worried about them shouldn't you check out the 'Ring Leader' too?" she laughed. "You know about the 'Ring Leader'?" I asked her. "Can you just tell him, the rest of the town knows." Garth said. "Tell me what?" I looked at the trio. "Scott, there are things about everyone's past that drive them, you ahve come to face yours, but mine I live everyday. I'm the 'Ring Leader'." she said. "No way! You're a good girl." I said. "Well, guys we've got a Christmas festival to prank." I said. "Mavy, you don't have a bad bone in your entire body." I said. "Then why was my nickname Pyromaniac?" she said walking out with them. "I'm never going to get her back." I said falling on to the couch.
