After Shurui had failed the obstacle course, he was taken to care quickly as the rest of the group was regrouped for dinner back at the castle.
PACHI: Now, shurui is being taken care of. There's a reason ive brought all of you here today.
BOAR: Hmm!
ASHI: Yep!
HOKKY: What May that be?
PACHI: It seems within this village, there lays a traitor...
BOAR: *Stands up* HUHHH? TRAITOR? IN MY VILLAGE!?
ASHI: Wait, but how do you know this?
PACHI: Well, last night there were footprints leading outside the village, they led to the stream of water and there inside the stream were pieces of paper, they had some writing but it was impossible to put together the words. For sure it was two people communicating through paper. If they made sound they would've got caught for sure.
HOKKY: Who do you think it is?
PACHI: Well I know it isn't any of you. That's why I've brought you here. As well as Jiro since he's still meditating. And as we know Shurui is injured.
BOAR: I've never been more furious. How will we handle this?
PACHI: Well Boar, I indeed had a mission for our friends that are visiting.
HOKKY: Hmm? Mission for us?
ASHI: I'm ready for anything, Chief!
PACHI: BWAH BWAH! It's hard to be upset with such young glowing people here! Well I was going to send you guys...to the sky!
HOKKY: HUH?
ASHI: YOU MEAN-
PACHI: Yes! The sky village! We have been writing letters back and forth and agreed to share locations. They told us where they are. Their leader is willing to negotiate with us about the stone. So I will send whoever is healthy to go by this week.
ASHI: Whos healthy? Well it's just me and Sensei Hokky at this point!
PACHI: I'm well aware. It should be enough. Just a receive and bring back mission, nothing crazy. Once this happens we will prepare you guys to go off and continue the abolition of this fire kingdom rebellion.
HOKKY: *Stands up* but you're aware we need to take care of the traitor still, correct?
PACHI: BWAH HA! Hokkyoku, you always were straight to the point! Well, the footprints were very fairly normal. I'm sure we'll be able to recognize them soon enough before any trouble is caused. The mission to go to the sky village will be started by Friday, so two days from now.
ASHI: *nods* yes!
PACHI: And Boar, I need you back to handle training Shurui some more. I will take care of watching over Jiro. By the time we retrieve the stone from the sky village it should be Monday. It takes one day to get there from here with nonstop travel, and it takes one day back, as well as one day back. Leave Friday morning, get there Saturday morning. Negotiate and stay one night there. Then leave Sunday morning and get back Monday morning. It should be a sure plan. Is everyone clear?
BOAR: Yes!
HOKKY: Mhm!
ASHI: Yup!
PACHI: BWAH HAH! Well then, dismissed!
THE NEXT MORNING
BOAR: *Walks into his kitchen* honey? Are you here?
..............
BOAR: Honey? *Walks around the corner*
GRACIE: Good morning boo!
BOAR: *Sighs* oof you scared me! Don't be quiet like that!
GRACIE: I'm sorry honey I just blanked out! *Kisses Boar* I'm always gonna be here for you!
BOAR: Awh! That's my girl!
OVER AT THE CASTLE GARDEN
PACHI: *Walks to garden* hufff, lets see where he is.
JIRO: ...................
PACHI: *Smiles* whats going on inside your head?
JIRO: ..............
HOKKY: *Walks out to the garden* Pachi, is he deep within his mind?
PACHI: Yes, you can barely tell he's breathing. If he was hit with a rock, he wouldn't notice.
HOKKY: (please Jiro, beat it! Be true!)
INSIDE JIROS MIND
JIRO: *Sitting in an endless White room*
COYOTE: ILL NEVER ACCEPT YOU!
PHOENIX: Same goes for you you brat!
JIRO: *annoyed* HOW LONG ARE YOU GUYS GONNA BICKER!
PHOENIX: You want me to become one with coyote? Pfft! Good job inheriting two spirits but you're gonna be powerless because if I don't become one with coyote, you won't be able to use just him or just me, or BOTH OF US FOR THAT MATTER!
JIRO: But I used you before, YOU DIMWIT!
PHOENIX: I'm a majestic spirit. This is bad on my reputation. If I knew what was happening I wouldn't have done that. Rebel against my own kind?
JIRO: YOUR OWN KIND IS A MURDERER! DON'T YOU SEE?
PHOENIX: I'm all for harmony between the kingdoms. But you're fighting against each other. No. I won't stand for that.
JIRO: We've fought each other for years because you're kingdom has SUCKED!
PHOENIX: The Fire is the strongest! We are not bad. I don't believe you.
COYOTE: It's no use Jiro. Deep meditation or not. Thats not even an option. He won't work with us.
JIRO: *Puts head down* for so long I've trained, fought for people I loved.
PHOENIX: *Looks over*
JIRO: I miss my normal life anyways. I couldn't care if everyone died anymore. I learned that we all have fought each other for egos and power.
PHOENIX: You don't care if your friends die? You're only lying to yourself. We need a change, the fighting i won't stand for it anymore.
JIRO: YOU HEAR YOURSELF? Idiot I want my friends to be alive how can I protect them by not FIGHTING BACK! Yes we need a change. We finally have the enemy in our grasp, the last one. The whole rebellion is crumbling. It's our chance.
PHOENIX: Hmph. *Walks away*.
COYOTE: Walk into nothingness again. This isn't a physical place idiot.
JIRO: I'm not giving up though. I'm sorry everyone up above...
