YOUR POV:
~~~~~~~~
Running through the city, I quicken my pace as my senses lead me to where I need to go. I jump, shifting and gracefully landing on a trash can in silence. I pull up my hood, reaching forward and climbing over the fence in front of me, dropping down without a sound. I creep forward in the shadows, hearing quiet conversation.
Holding my breath, I take another step forward, seeing a drug cartel. As I do a quick head count, I see that the men are trying to sell drugs to... "Kids? Really?" I ask, surprising them. I lean against the wall and tilt my head, indicating for the children to run away, which they do without hesitation. One of the dealers obviously knows who I am, as they start moving to the back of their group, whispering and visibly trembling. "It's Eclipse," I pick up, and I smirk, tilting my head.
"I see you've heard of me. I'm flattered," I say, singling the man out, and he nods, lifting his hands. "What the hell are you doing, Jason? She's just a girl!"
I turn to who I assume is the head of the group, lifting my eyebrow. Chuckling, I make my eyes glow, the light coming off from them enough to show me their faces more clearly, and they start to fill with fear. "Oh, I'm much more than that."
I tap my wrists together, stepping forward. They all pull out weapons, all of which are guns or knives. "You guys should really learn from Jason. That was a bad move." Moving from person to person, I barely waste any energy as arms get twisted and temples get punched with precision, blades get swung and blood gets on my fists as red lines appear on their cheeks. The last man holds up his gun, and I keep my stance, fingering my own pistol at my side. The hair on the back of my neck raises, and I quickly step forward, holding my forearms up and out in an 'x' as I push his upward, a gunshot ringing through the sound of the streets.
He grunts, and I knee him in the gut while I move both my forearms upward and trap his between mine. I duck underneath, bringing his arm with me and behind his back as I deftly switch my grip. Shoving his face against the wall, I wrench the weapon from his hand and slam his forehead into the brick, knocking him out.
Dropping him to the ground, I step back and drag all the unconscious bodies into a pile, grabbing the last man's gun. Raising it to the sky, I shoot three times, knowing that it'll get someone's attention. Switching it into my other hand, I drive one of the crescents into the firearm, dropping it on the top person's back.
A 'thwip' sounds behind me, along with sirens, and I quickly shift and run away from the scene. Turning my head back, I make out the silhouette of a figure in a newly-made, red and blue suit.
Sorry for stealing your thunder, Spidey.
Well, not really.
PETER'S POV:
~~~~~~~~

I flip and land on a lamp pole, tilting my head at the sight. About eight men are laying on top of each other, a gun resting at the top of the dogpile. Some are minorly injured, while others look fine apart from bruises on their visible pressure points. As I look closer, I see something shiny sticking out of the weapon, unsure as to what it is. I see the flashing lights of police cars in the distance and swing onto the building nearest to the men.

When officers pull up and step out, I hear one of them say, "Looks like we have Eclipse to thank."

Who the hell is Eclipse?

THE NEXT DAY/ 12:20 PM/ YOUR POV:
~~~~~~~~
"Peter? Peter!" I say, snapping my fingers in front of his face. "Huh?" I sigh, resting my elbows on the table and tilting my head, worry filling me. "Are you okay? You've been spacing out in every class we have together and have barely said two words all day. Not to mention that you just mixed your mashed potatoes with green beans and doused your food in a pool hot sauce," I say, and he looks down to his lunch tray in surprise. Scrunching up his nose, he pushes the tray away from him and looks up to meet my eyes.
"I just... I just have a lot on my mind right now. I'm sorry." I smile, reaching over to squeeze his hand. "Don't be. I get that you need time to yourself sometimes. Just know that my phone's always on, okay?" He nods, gratefully, and I stand up, grabbing my backpack and pushing my plate of pizza over to him.
"Get some sleep, too. It's like you're Spider-Man or something and are just up every night," I joke, turning around and heading to the library.
Not knowing that my best friend tensed up and clenched his jaw, worry filling his eyes the second I said the superhero's name.
