"So why are we having Glee Club on the stage today?" Violet ran up and asked Mercedes.
Mercedes shrugged her shoulders, "I mean Ms. Corcoran just told us to come to the stage for Glee today. She didn't say why."
The Troubletones were currently walking as a group to the auditorium, just expecting a regular Glee Club rehearsal when they saw the New Directions walking from the other side of the stage.
Rachel stormed towards the all-girls show choir, "What are you doing here?"
"Shelby told us she had something to show us," Mercedes confusedly replied. "What are you doing here?"
The two groups kept their distance, and Finn replied, "Mr. Schue said the same thing."
Santana stepped towards the New Directions, "Let me guess, he wants to combine for Sectionals. Well, it's not gonna happen. The Troubletones are here to stay. So why don't you shuffle your busted choir off our stage."
"Look, you guys, we can compete without being enemies. Alright? We don't have to get vicious." Violet agreed with what Finn said. The Troubletones were supposed to be a place where they could shine without fear of being pushed towards the back, but their talents shouldn't be overshadowed or negated by them bullying the other team.
"Oh, I think we do, Soft Serve."
Violet grasped Santana's wrist and whispered, "Don't." but she continued anyway.
"See, the Troubletones are 3F: fierce, femme, phenomenal." The Troubletones started to walk towards the New Directions with Santana spearheading the charge. Violet just looked over to Mercedes, scared of what Santana will say.
Santana turned back to the team, "Oh, and, guys, hurry up, go get some moist towels. We have to keep Finn wet before we can roll him back in the sea."
"Okay, you know what, Santana, Finn is in great shape, a-and your meanness only highlights your own personal insecurities."
"And, Rachel, your mustache is thicker than a Middle Eastern dictator's."
Then, out from nowhere, Mr. Schue enters the stage, strumming a guitar, and then Shelby enters the stage from the other side and starts singing.
Brittany started to bop her head to the music and then asked Violet and Mercedes, "Is this what having a stroke feels like? Because I like it." which just made Violet chuckle a little bit.
The two teachers were singing a mash-up duet that the kids actually enjoyed and they even started dancing to their singing. Violet vibed to the music, but she noticed Puck's expression during the entire song. His gaze was glued on Shelby like he was smitten.
Once the song ended, the kids from both clubs began to clap. Violet clapped as well, but her focus was fixated on trying to figure out what the deal was between Puck and Shelby because Puck doesn't look at just anyone like that.
