Aradhya's POV

" Good morning, Mom." I said to Mom as soon as I sat on the breakfast table.

" Good morning, Ari." She said to me.

" Dee kaha hain?" ( Where is Dee?) I asked her.

" She hasn't woken up yet." Mom said.

" Aapne abhi taak jagaya nahi unko? Aaj unke office ka pehla din hain." (You haven't woken her up yet? It's her first day of office today.) I said to her and she rolled her eyes.

" It's not that easy to wake her up. You can try, Ari. I have tried for 5 times already." Mom said and I sighed.

" Ok, aap ruko main dekh k aati Hoon." (Ok, let me check) I said to her and walked upstairs.

This is going to be a hard work to wake her up. She sleeps a lot. And it's not easy to wake her up from sleep. I opened the door and found her sleeping hugging the pillow.

Dee!!! I should act like a kid not you!!! I sighed deeply. I drew the curtains and she pulled the duvet over her head. I sighed deeply pulling away the duvet from her. She didn't wake up.

" Wake up, sleeping beauty, wake up." I said to her but she didn't response.

She hates it when someone wakes her up spoiling her beautiful morning sleep. But I can't help it. She has to join her work today and her boss doesn't like the unpunctual people. If she is not in the office in time she can be fired. I mean no one likes to have an unpunctual employee. That's the point. If she is late today she will not be able to save herself from getting fired. I took the glass of water and poured it on her. She screaned and sat up at once. She opened her eyes to see who dared to declare World War 3 with her beautiful morning sleep. I sighed deeply seeing her facial expressions. I mean I shouldn't have done that but there was no other way either.

" Aapke alarm ne na aab taak saare moholle ko jaga chuke Hain lekin aap kaise itne shanti se so rahi ho?"  (Well, your alarm clock has already waken up whole the neighborhood by now, how come you are sleeping peacefully?) I asked her.

" I was dreaming about killing you, almost killed you, but you saved yourself in dream by waking me up. But you are in danger for real now." She said and threw her pillow at my her face. But I caught it and chuckled.

" Hell with you." She sticked out her tongue at me and crossed her arms over her chest. I shook my head.

" Ok, nothing to worry, I will manage it." I smirked.

" Idiot." She said to me.

" Yes, I know. Now get up or else he will be very angry." I said and she looked at me confusedly.

" Who? Who will get angry? " She was again going to sleep. But I grabbed her arms and made her sat at once.

" Your boss, you told me last night? He is very ruthless, angry and arrogant. Never allows late comer." I stated to make her remember what she had told me last night and just has forgotten this morning.

How can someone forget about something that easily?!! I mean she just informed that to me last night. Who forgets about things overnight?!! I sighed deeply seeing her expression. She must be confused why would her boss be angry with her. It's 7:10 already and she has to reach her office by 8. She needs to wake up now and catch the bus to reach her office which is in the other side of the city. God knows if she can make it or not. So, she has to wake up now. But seeing her expression I can guarantee that she has forgotten it's her first day at office and she has to reach there in time. I have to attend my classes as well. I need to be there in school by half an hour but I may get late for her today.

" What? Why?" She asked Aradhya this time she smirked and I rolled my eyes at her. Is she crazy?!! She is always a mess when she wakes up from sleep.

" It's already 7:10, you know you have only 50 minutes to get ready and be there in your office before that arrogant boss of yours shout at you and fire you the day you just have started. I think you are not willing to get fired the day you joined." I said to her. She took her phone and checked the time at once before jumping out of the bed.

" Stupid, why didn't you call me earlier!!!! " She yelled at me and I sighed rolling my eyes. .

She went to the bathroom in hurry and I shook my head before walking down. Mom was setting the breakfast table. I pulled a chair and sat there.

" Uth gye maharani?" (Has Her Highness woken up already?) She asked me and I chuckled nodding.

" Haan, uth gye." (Yes) I said and started to have my breakfast.

Dee ran downstairs and sat next to me. She started to have her coffee in hurry. I looked at her weirdly. Does she want to burn her mouth?!!

" Honey, calm down." Mom said to her and she took the glass of water before gulping down a few sips.

" Aunty, again got late. Gotta get out now, or else will be fired in no time." She kissed her cheeks and I pouted. She kissed my forehead and grabbed a sandwich taking the water bottle she run out of the house at once.

" Best of luck." I said to her from behind.

" Thanks, chhoti." She said back and I sighed deeply.

" This girl will never ever change." Mom said and I sighed deeply.

" Maa, I have to leave now. Otherwise I will be late as well. Bye." I said to her.

" Bye. Be careful." Mom said.

I walked out of the house. I was walking today as I had enough time today.

" Aradhya!!" I heard a very familiar voice and turned to see Asher.

" Hey!! You here?" I said to him and he smiled a bit.

" Are you going to school?" He asked me. He didn't answer my question.

" Yup!!" I said.

" Can I accompany you?" He asked.

" Sure." I said.

Strange!!! What was Asher doing here?!! He may have some works here. Who knows!!!
