" I am home!!!" I heard Dee's voice from downstairs. I sighed deeply hearing her.

I was wondering where Asher had gone after leaving me at school?!! I called him and his father picked the call up saying that he is fine. But where the hell is he himself?!! I asked Ardeyn and he too didn't have any idea. It was awkward. I mean where would he go out of nowhere. I am very confused. He said that he would be there in the school in awhile but it turned he never came back to school after he left me.

" Chhoti!!!! Chhoti!!!!! Chhotiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!" Dee screamed from downstairs. I went downstairs and found her on the couch.

" Pehla din kaisa tha?" (How was your first day at work?) I asked her.

" Worst day ever." She said and I looked at her weirdly.

" Kyun?" (Why is that?) I asked her.

" I got punished on the first day at work cause I was late." She said and I sighed.

" I thought they will fire you. Thanks God that they didn't." I said and she rolled her eyes.

" I have piles of works pending for myself." She said to me.

" When will you finish them?" I asked her.

" Within this week. I think I can't meet your friends this weekend but I will definitely try." She said.

" No problem. Take your time. You can meet them later. It's not a big deal." I said to her.

" I am dead. I will be fired any time. I have to find out another job for myself." She said and I rolled my eyes.

" No, you will not." I said to her. " Focus, Dee. You can't lose this war." I tried to encourage her.

" This is not a war, Chhoti. This is a hell to endure. I mean my boss. He is devilishly handsome and dashing as hell but always with a sour face like the whole world is an irritating place to live in and he has to tolerate everything. Can you imagine??! How can someone live without smiling a bit?" She asked me and I nodded to let her know that I agree with her. No one can live without smiling.

I was thinking about Asher. How can someone be that calm and quiet?!! But I think we all are used to it. He shouldn't change himself for anything. If he changes himself for anything then we will start to feel awkward. His attitude suits him. So, there is no need to change for anyone. But it depends on him. It isn't like he is not friendly. He has number of friends around, everyone likes him. His attitude made him even more popular in the school. Everyone likes his sweet and caring nature. His being calm and collected is not a big issue. Whoever likes him does this because they accept him just like he is. If someone is up to change him then he or she is not the right choice for him. Rest depends on him.

" Kaha kho gyi tum, chhoti?" (Where are you lost, chhoti?) Dee asked me.

" I... I...mean nowhere. I am good." I said and she looked at me weirdly.

" Okay." She said.

" Where is your mom?" She asked me removing her shoes.

" She has an important meeting to attend." I said to her.

" Oh, let me get freshen up then I will prepare the dinner." She said.

" Dinner?! Mom has cooked dinner already." I said to her.

" When?!" She asked me.

" I mean she cooks in the morning and keeps them stored in the fridge, if we are too busy to make dinner sometimes we have that stored food. We don't have time to cook everyday." I said and she sighed deeply.

" Let's cook something fresh. How long will we keep having those foods from fridge every night?" She asked me and I pouted.

" I can't cook." I said to her.

" I am not MasterChef as either. But who is going to join MasterChef here? Just let me tell you that only we are going to have that so no worries about the taste. It's enough if we can have it." She said and walked upstairs to get freshen up. I sighed deeply.

I called Mom and she said that she will be late tonight. She asked me to have dinner and sleep. She has an extra pair of keys with herself. So, there won't be any problem about that. I sighed deeply. Mom is working so hard these days. She can fall ill this way. I was going to the kitchen when I got a video call from Akka. I smiled at once and picked the call up at once.

" Hello, chhotiiiiiiiiiiiii!!! My cute pumpkin pie!!!" She squealed as soon as she picked the call up. I sighed deeply rolling my eyes.

" I hate pumpkin." I said and she chuckled.

" Hi, Chhoti. Kaisy ho?" (Hi, Chhoti. How are you?) I heard Sanam's voice who is Akka's best friend. The biggest secret about her is she has a huge crush on Anna.

" Superb. Aap batao. Kaisy ho aap dono?" (You guys tell me how are you?) I asked her and she gave me a sweet smile.

" Perfectly fine. Where are Diya and your Mom?" She asked me.

" Maa office main hai abhi bhi. Unko ek jaroori meeting attend kerni hain aur Dee abui abhi ghee aye. Shower lene gyi." (Mom is in the office. She has to attend an important meeting and Dee has just came home from work. She went to take a shower.) I said to her.

" Oh. Good good." Sanam Dee said.

" Anna..." I was saying and Sanam stood up at once looking around if he was around.

" Kaha?" (Where is he?) She asked.

" Arey bewaqoof wese bolne to do pehle." (Let her finish before you react, stupid) Akka said and I face palmed myself.

" I am angry with your brother. So, I am not going to see his face for a week." Sanam Dee said.

" Alright. I will ignore the fact that he is in your wallpaper." Akka said. I chuckled.

She is so cute. I don't know why Anna ignores her all the time. What can I say!!! My brother is careless about that poor girl.
