Stuck With Promise

Asher's POV

" What?!!" Ardeyn chuckled as I told him what Aradhya has done last night. 

" When we went for a walk last night she took thousands of pictures then send all of them to Susan." I said. He laughed.

" Susan messed up with a wrong person." Ardeyn said to me.

" Yes. She did." I said checking the mails that Dad asked me to forward to the board members.

" So, Ari told you that she loves you back?" He asked me.

" No. She hasn't." I said.

" You told her that you love her face to face?" He asked me.

" No. Not yet." I said to him. He rolled his eyes.

" Very well. You haven't told her that you love her and she didn't tell you that she loves you but still you both are ready to kill others if they try to interfere between you two. Very nice." He said.

" Not every relationship does need a confession." I said. " Besides, she knows that I do love her. That's enough."

" So, you do agree that you guys are in a relationship?" He asked me and I narrowed my eyes at him. 

" Don't you think you are talking too much these days?" I asked him.

" I always talk too much, Ash if you missed that." He said and I rolled my eyes. " So, are you guys in a relationship or you are just confused about your feelings?" He asked me and I glared at him.

" I will marry her in near future. You happy now?" I asked him and he smirked at me. I rolled my eyes.

" Very happy. Very very happy." He said and I shook my head. " But what did you mean by a near future? Is it tomorrow? Next week?Or next year?" He asked me. I sighed deeply.

" By near future I wanted to mean in next 10 years. It can be Tomorrow, can be next week, can be next month or next year. I don't know the exact date." I said to him and he chuckled.

" You are so whipped." He said.

" So do you." I said to him. He chuckled.

" I have the control over the fact." Ardeyn said.

" You have control over Juliet Kentworth? Do you want me to trust that?" I asked him and he chuckled.

" I can control her. But I don't want to do so until I need to do it." He said and I sighed. "But it's opposite for you, Bro." He said.

" Only time will speak for our favor, Ardeyn. For now let's live in the present. It's still far away. Things can go out of our hands leaving us without anything to do." I said to him.

" I agree. Fate can act cruel but we have to think which can be the best option for us." He said to me and I nodded. " Mrs. Cassidy asked us to meet her yesterday. I don't know why was she saying so but she said it's very important." He said and I checked the time.

" Let's go then. I will be busy later." I said to him.

" With Ari to be specific." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" Do you have to drag her in every damn matter?!" I asked him and he chuckled.

" I am happy for you two." He said and I chuckled.

" Let's go and meet Mrs. Cassidy. We have to meet her. She must have something very important to talk to us." I said to him and he nodded before following me.

We walked toward Cassidy's house. It was on the other end of the neighborhood. I took my phone and checked the texts but notification drew me to Instagram. I was moving back to the texts when a picture of Drama Queens stuck me there. The girls were doing great. Near soon they will have their first concert. I am happy for them. I checked the comments. Many of our school friends were there. They congratulated them. But one comment stopped me scrolling down. It was like : Aradhya, you are so beautiful. You have taken my heart away long back. You can keep that but will you give yours to me in return?

I glared at the comment clutching my phone.

" It will burn." Ardeyn's voice brought me back to reality. " Your phone will burn if you keep glaring at it like this." He said and I rolled my eyes. " If you are not ok with the comments you shouldn't check them. You can't stop them. They are crazy about the girls. They are fans and followers. You should ignore these if you don't want to make a mess." Ardeyn said.

" You won't be jealous if anyone is after Juliet?" I asked him.

" That's why I never read the comments below their pictures." He said. " That helps with my anger issue and jealousy." He said and I sighed deeply.

" I think I should follow you this time." I said and he chuckled.

" I do trust, Ari. She will always be with you. You don't have to be worried." He said.

" But you don't trust Juliet?" I asked him.

" You didn't get that. I haven't left any options for Kentworth. She has to agree. Otherwise I have my way to get what I want. I don't care if the world hates me." He said and I rolled my eyes.

We went to Cassidy's place and heard Mrs. Cassidy was not that home. She went for a meeting and left us a message that she will meet us tomorrow morning. I sighed. Ardeyn went back home and I went to meet Aradhya. She was in the studio. I texted her that I was going to pick her up.

" Where were you all the day? I have called you several times but your phone was switched off." Aradhya asked me as soon as we met. I sighed inwardly.

" I was busy with my classes and I forgot to put my phone on charge last night." I said and she rolled her eyes.

" One day you will forget me as well." She said dramatically. 

" What do you want?" I asked her and she smiled sweetly. I knew that she has something dangerous in her mind. 

" A favor." She said and I sighed.

" What is that?" I asked her and she smiled once again. Much sweeter this time. Then explained what kind of favor she needed.

" This is stupid." I said.

" You said you will be there for me anytime I need you." She said and I sighed deeply. And I knew that I was stuck with that promise.
