Asher's POV

" You knew it?" Ardeyn asked me and I chuckled.

" I am not that stupid to get kidnapped without trying to save myself. Marion is so stupid. You should choose someone else, grandpa." I said to my grandfather who was very disappointed with Marion.

" You are really a stupid. Who told you to rush it?" My grandpa said to Marion and I chuckled.

" Ok, better luck next time, grandpa." I said to him and he gave me a sour face.

" But why have you done that, grandpa?" Ardeyn asked him. He sighed deeply.

" Just to see how Asher reacts in such a situation." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" Just to see how I will react you made this whole drama?" I asked him.

" It's your grandmother who convinced your father not me." He said.

" Dad was involved in this?" I asked him and he sighed. Though I knew it but I wanted to be assured. My grandmother looked at me with a puppy face and I sighed. " Why have you done that?" I asked her.

" My psychiatrist friend said you are too matured and calm for your own age and you talk very less. She thought you have some issue. She said to give you a shock and see how you react." She said and I looked at her weirdly.

" And what have you seen then?" I asked her.

" You shocked us instead." She said and I chuckled.

" Your psychiatrist friend has mental issue and has no topic to gossip around. That's why she was eating your brain instead." I said to her and she sighed deeply.

" But one thing is very clear that you are very brave, Asher. Just like me. I am proud of you." My grandfather said and I rolled my eyes.

" Marion is a awful actor. Anyone could see that he was pretending." I said to him. " He was so scared of hurting me. I mean if you kidnap someone you will definitely keep him or her captive but Marion never did that to me. Instead he gave me stupid reasons of not hurting you. That was really very awkward and funny." I said to him.

" That's because your grandmother has threatening me not to touch a hair on your body." Marion said and I chuckled.

" You along with your men are so stupid, Marion. You are going to get killed someday." I said to him.

" I know. You don't have to repeat it again and again." He said.

" No, let me add something. Have you checked your gun properly which you were pointing at me?" I asked him and he looked at me weirdly.

" Why are you asking that?" He asked me and I picked out the loaded magazine from my pocket.

" You forgot to insert this." I said to him and he took it from me looking at it weirdly.

" When have you remove this from my gun?" He asked me.

" When we were in the car." I said and he gulped looking at my grandparents. Ardeyn laughed so hard.

" You choose a wrong person to mess up with, grandma." Ardeyn said and I chuckled.

" I thought I trapped you but it was you who tricked us." He said and I rolled my eyes.

" Anyone can trick you so easily, Marion. Besides, you were following us when we were going to school. You were driving grandma's Audi Q7. I was confused but I remember last week Ardeyn had got a scratch on the body and it was clearly visible on the side mirror." I said and grandma glared at Ardeyn. Ardeyn gave her an innocent toothy grin.

" Is a mere car more dear to you than me, sweetheart?" Ardeyn emotionally blackmailed her and she rolled her eyes.

" We will talk about this later." Grandmother said.

" Where will you find me later?" Ardeyn smirked and I rolled my eyes.

" I was still not sure but when you start to follow me to my school I was sure it was my grandmother's car which my mom has gifted her on her 72th birthday." I said to Marion. "Now there could be two fact possible. One it could either be you the one who stole the car or the owner of the car has allowed you to do so." I said to him and he sighed. " I would think that you have stolen the car to blame my grandma for everything but I mistakenly brought my father's phone instead mine when I left home this morning. I was checking my phone to text Ardeyn then I realized it was my dad's phone." I said to him. " And sorry to say that I have checked all of your texts you send to my father." I said and Ardeyn laughed.

" So, moral of the story is Ardeyn was right. You have chosen a wrong person to mess up with. Next time don't do such a thing." I said  to him. " And grandma, leave those friends of yours who keeps eating your brain. I am perfectly fine. There is no problem with me. I am not mentally ill. She might be joking around with you. This is my nature. This won't be changed." I said to her and she sighed.

" I am very worried about you that you are not enjoying your life like you should." She said and Ardeyn chuckled. He is enjoying his life better than ever, grandma. Trust me he is." Ardeyn smirked at me and I rolled my eyes.

" Don't tell this to your mothers, boys. They will stop talking to me." Grandmother said.

" I can but why would I?" Ardeyn asked her. Grandma rolled her eyes.

" Ok, you have free coupon." Grandma said and Ardeyn smirked.

" I will think about it." Ardeyn said.

" And I will not inform your parents about the car." Grandma said and Ardeyn smirked.

" After all you are my grandmother and I can do anything for you." Ardeyn said and grandma rolled her eyes.

" Yes, I can see that better." She said and I sighed deeply.
