" What's wrong with you, Juliet?" Her mother asked her

" What's now, Mom?" She asked back.

" Why didn't you attend the party?" Her mother asked her.

" Mom, you know me. I am not comfortable with these things." She said.

" You need to know Juliet that you can't stay away from these. It's your place to do so." Her said.

" Don't start again, Mom." She said trying to get out of the matter. She doesn't like to attend those parties at all. But she can't let it go for God sake. She was tired of arguing with her.

" Mom is right, Lettie. You can't run away from your life." Damian her brother said.

" You too stop. Don't start to give me a lecture now. I am fine with myself." She said to him and he rolled his eyes.

" Don't try to escape from yourself." He said just to irritate her.

" I am not going to attend any of those rubbish things. Do whatever you want." She said frustratedly.

" You have to change this attitude of yours, Juliet." Mom said.

" I am sorry, Mom. But I can't." She said. Her mother looked at her weirdly. "Now if you will give me a way." She said and walked out of the house.

" Where are you going in the middle of the night?" Her mom shouted at her from back.

" To Aunt Lia's house. I will stay there tonight no worries." She said without looking back.

" Alright. Just call me reaching there." My brother shouted.

" Will do that." She said.

Aunt Lia was Juliet's aunt who was only 7 years older than her. She loves her a lot cause she understands her more than anyone else. She is living by her own cause her grandparents are quite strict while keeping the traditions which just suffocates her like Juliet. She was walking towards her aunt's house. She hide herself in her hoodie.

" She has scolded you again?" Juliet heard the voice and turned to see Ardeyn asked who was standing behind her. She sighed sighed deeply. Though they were immortal enemies of each other but they used to live in the same neighborhood. She smiled at him.

" Yeah. Once again. I didn't want to attend the party." She said to him. " You did?" She asked him.

He pointed himself. He was in formal attire. All in black. Looking breathtakingly dashing. He always is one hot target for the girls out there. But he doesn't give them a damn. He might have a lot of friends but no, he doesn't have any girlfriend. God knows why.

" Yeah. I did. I was searching for you." He said.

" You know I don't like these parties." She said and he nodded.

" Just in case you do attend." He said. "You're going to Aunt Lia's house, right?" He asked reaching her.

" Yeah. I was not in mood of listening to them this hour of night." She said to him and he nodded. " But what are you doing here now?" She asked him.

" I saw you crazy girl walking alone in the middle of the night from my window." He pointed Northscott's house.

" Yeah, you got it right. I am crazy." She said to him and she chuckled.

" Where is Damian? He should have accompanied you." He said loosening his tie up.

" He is lazy to do so." She said.

She lied. She and Damian are not always in good term and she don't like him lecturing her all the time.

" And he is a boring company to keep it in this hour of night." She said winking at him. He chuckled.

" I think I will be a better company than him." He said and she chuckled.

" I know that." She said to him.

" Then let's go." He said gesturing her to tug herself with him. I chuckled tugged herself with him holding his arm.

" Such a gentleman, huh?" She asked him.

" Obviously." He said.

She chuckled. Ardeyn might be the funny, Jolly and prankster of the school but when it comes about responsibility he becomes damn serious. You can be relaxed if you give him any responsibility. Cause, he will never let you down. He might act like damn care but he does care about things. That is which made him unique. Yeah, she doesn't hesitate to say that he is a nice guy and she never wants to reveal that she has a secret crush on him.

" So, how was the party?" She asked him.

" Boring." He said.

" Then why did you go?" She asked him.

" Annie. Urrrghh. She pulled me with her. And you know how stubborn she is." He said and she chuckled. Anahita is Ardeyn's cousin sister. Totally stubborn princess.

" Did she fight with Brent again?" She asked him.

Brent is her boyfriend. They always fight like everything is end this time. But the next day you will find them all lovey dovey again.

" Yeah. They just need an accuse to fight each other." He answered as we kept walking towards aunt Lia's house. She sighed.

" Strange to find you alone some time without Asher." She said and he chuckled. These cousins are really inseparable.

" He was with me. Actually he found you walking alone in the road and told me." He said.

She chuckled. She knew it. Asher and Ardeyn are inseparable. But they don't share the same characters. Ardeyn is so high and Asher is very quiet and calm. Ardeyn is jolly type and Asher is quite serious. But still they both goes along. They are very helpful. They always help people whenever they need it. They will never say no to anyone if they ask for help.

" I knew it." She said. He chuckled.

" His parents are not at home. So he is staying with us." He said.

" Oh." She said.

" Yeah." He said.

" There we are. You go. Good night. See you at school tomorrow." He said and she nodded. She pressed the doorbell. He waited until Aunt Lia open the door.

" Come in, kids." Aunt Lia said smilingly as she opened the door. She wasn't surprised at all cause she knew my behavior.

" Thank you, Ms. Kentworth for asking. But I think I should go now. I have school to attend tomorrow. Any other time. Good night." Ardeyn said smilingly and left.

" Fought with Giovanna again?" Aunt Lia asked about her mom. She nodded.

" I am hungry." She said and she chuckled.

" Ok, come with me." We went inside.

" Lettie, I have decided something." Aunt Lia said and Juliet looked at her calmly.

" What is that?" Juliet asked her.

" I am going to move to Belgium soon." She said.

" But why?" Juliet asked.

" I am tired of the family drama here. It makes me suffocated. I want to breath freely where there will be no restrictions." She said and Juliet sighed deeply. She had her own points.
