You stretched, ignoring the fact that you had a burning fever and that you were supposed to be in the hospital because who cared about the hospital anyways? "Obito doesn't know, right?" You quickly asked, eyeing them both. Your expression dropped a ton as you felt a hand on your shoulder, and Naruto chuckled. 

Suddenly, you felt yourself being dragged and yelped, landing on the stone floor with a soft thump, followed by Obito's sigh. "I heard you nearly died, hmm?" He asked, rubbing his face as he sat next to you. The wave of disappointment he felt literally radiated from him. "Oh haha, perhaps?" You tilt your head, eyeing your bandaids. "Sakura told me that your arms were frozen nearly beyond repair. What's going on?" He frowned, grabbing your hand and inspecting it. Normally, you would fangirl, but you had to keep it aside for now.

"Well, I was nearly- no. I WAS stabbed and when he tried to stab me again he went whoOsh!" You threw your arms up in a wide gesture, trying to tell him how it was. "Ice- or snow, exploded everywhere, ultimately stopping me from being stabbed by a creepy overgrown orphan." You hummed, scratching the back of your head.
 
"Then one man saved me by dragging me to the hospital. He didn't do a good job because he let me bleed out across the town but he did a nice job." You giggled, somehow completely unbothered by the incident that happened to you, nearly sending you to death. Obito blinked, frowning at your hands in worry. How he'd grown to like your presence around him. Maybe because you were always happy and caring... like she was.

That didn't matter, though. He was worried for you. You were constantly being attacked by people, and he could and will do a better job in protecting you until it was safe enough for you. Silently, he smiled and pat your head, causing you to blush and push his hands away, pouting.

  "I'm going to have to make sure you're safe." He eventually spoke up, holding you up and allowing you to land on your feet as you two escaped the void and landed in the hokage's office. "I'll think about how to keep you safe, but until then, no outside the village or going into sketchy alleys, ok?" He frowned, tugging at your cheek when you ignored him. "Ow!- ok! No outside the village and no sketchy as hell alleys!" You agreed.

   He turned away, slumping back in his chair and sighing. "I've talked to the hospital. They gave you your medicine to me, so here. No overdosing." He warned, looking firmly at you as he placed the container in front of you. He eventually turned back to his paperwork, frowning. "How did I get so much?" He breathed out, pulling a pen and grabbing the first paper.

Poor him.

You threw yourself in a chair next to him and watched him as he stared at the paper, thinking hard. You would never know what he was thinking about. A soft chuckle left you as you suddenly felt the presence of Zetsu and stood up. "I'll be back. I promise I won't go far." You smiled before jumping out of the window. He watched you as you left, sighing.

You landed on the ground and looked around. Of course, if you were in the village Zetsu couldn't come out. He wouldn't have to know anyways. You stepped into the shadows and began your walk to leave the village. "Sorry Obito." You chuckled lowly as you pressed a firm step onto the wall of the village. Quickly, you began to run up the wall and jumped over it as you reached the top of the wall and began to fall towards the ground. You didn't think this part out. You blinked towards the ground and nearly shrieked as Zetsu rose from the wall and caught you mid fall, smiling.

"I have good news and bad news, which do you want to hear?" White Zetsu asked in his natural voice, eyeing you as he rose from the wall fully. He was holding you by your arm, and you were probably just lucky your arm didn't get hurt in any way. You ignored this fact and hesitated. "What's the bad side?" You asked, shoving Zetsu away and landing on the ground.
