Jonah's POV:

We drove off from LA. I don't know if we were still being followed by the government people but right now everything seemed fine.

"CORBYN! STOP KICKING MY FOOT!" Jack yelled at the boy in the seat next to him.

"HEY! It's not my fault, I'm squished." Corbyn complained back.

"You two stop fighting or you guys are getting time outs." Tate stated glaring at the two boys.

"You can't put us in time out." Jack nervously laughed back.

"Watch me." Tate said holding on to me tighter, letting me know she wants my support.

"Oh she will. Don't question her." I say making the boys go quiet.

The quietness was disturbed by a passed out Daniel now waking up.

"What happened?" Daniel groaned sitting up straighter on Zach's lap. He looked around at his surroundings and eventually seeing he was sitting in Zachs lap. "Why am I in Zach's lap?" he asked.

"Because the couple of besties couldn't get a car with three rows of seats." Christina joked.

"What, it's not like we could have asked them which car they had before we stole it." Alexa complained.

"Anyways, here Daniel." Gabbie said handing the boy a bottle of water. "Next time tell us if you feel like your going to pass out."

"Sorry I was to busy passing out to tell you." Daniel joked.

"Guys, this is it. We are leaving the city of LA." Alexa said as we drove out of the city.

"Woah. We really running away aren't we?" Zach said.

"What do you think our families think. I mean I haven't talked to them before the accident." Corbyn asked.

"I don't know. Do you think they know we are fugitives?" Jack asked again, even though none of us had the answer.

"Do any of you have phones? I lost mine during the whole lightning stuff." I asked. If I had my phone I would have called my parents or siblings right away, but I couldn't.

"I don't have mine." Jack said feeling his pockets while Gabbie was still sitting on top of him.

"I don't have mine either. I think we left them in the car at the accident." Zach mentioned thinking about the night of the lightning.

"Okay better question, who here DOES have a phone?" Corbyn asked.

"I have mine. I called Jack when we were getting supplies for help." Gabbie mentioned, showing us her phone.

"I have mine too." Alexa said. No one else said they have their phones with them.

"So two out of nine? Okay, what about wallets?" Jack asked.

"Again, Alexa and I have ours." Gabbie said pulling out her wallet.

"Wow, Gabbie and I are the only responsible ones." Alexa chuckled.

"Sorry the rest of us were to pre-occupied dealing with the lightning that night." Corbyn frowned.

"Hey, can you check the news report to see if anything changed?" Tate asked both of the girls.

"Here Daniel, look at my phone." Alexa said passing her phone to the passengers seat.

"Shit." I heard Zach mumble as he was looking at the phone screen in Daniels hand.

"What, what is it?" Christina asked leaning forward trying to see what they were looking at.

"Someone saw Gabbie, Daniel, and Jack leave that drug store you were at. They know we left town." Zach explained as Daniel showed us the phone from the front seat.
