Daniel's POV:
~ 30 minutes before ~
"No, it was a left and then a right." Gabbie huffed as the two of us walked through the halls of the facility. We weren't sent off to find Jack, Zach, and Jonah but we couldn't find the three of them anywhere we looked.
I have a pointed look to the girl next to me, "No, it was a right then a left. I clearly remember telling myself that sequence." Gabbie rolled her eyes as she turned to the hallways we came from and looked down it.
She let out a loud sigh, "I'm telling you, it's a left then right. I remember telling myself that." She turned back around, clearly not going to change her mind.
"You're wrong."
"No, I'm right Daniel."
"No, I'm right Gabbie."
"Um, no. I'm right, you are wrong, just face the facts."
"Gabbie, that's not-" I started but couldn't finish my sentence as I started getting a painful headache. I through my hands to my head, knowing what follows after one of these.
"Daniel? What's wrong?" Gabbie questioned with concern in her voice. I felt her hand reach my shoulder, but I couldn't focus on it as it got worse.
"Vision." was all I could manage before I walked to the nearest wall and slide slowly down it to place myself on the floor. Gabbie rushed over, crouching over me, trying to ask me question but I couldn't make out any of the words.
My eyes shot open and I watched the scene play out in front of of me.

"Sofia, switch it off!" Corbyn yelled from above a giant looking device. All eleven of the group were trying to stop something from happening, all the attention focused on Sofia who was near a control panel.
The area the group of friends stood was vacant. It was only them who stood presence. It was all up to them to turn this device off and stop the end of the world.
"It won't work! You guys have to shut it off from the inside of it!" she yelled, a panic laced in her voice. The group knew what they had to do as they started pulling wires and anything that looked important, hoping to shut it off.
"Guys, you have 30 seconds!" Sofia yelled from the side lines. She moved from her spot at the control panel to in front of the device, watching her friends as they all tried to find the main source of the device.
"It's not working!" Tate yelled from the base of the device, pulling out a wire. There were many parts laid out across the ground, all looking important but it seemed none of them caused a dent in the machine.
"It's going to activate!" Jack yelled, backing away from the decide all the way to where Sofia stood. The others started coming off one by one, excerpting they wouldn't be able to stop it.
They failed.
"We need to get out of here." Jonah commented to the group, motioning with his hands for them to run to the nearest exit. He started pushing Tate when a voice was yelled in the background.
Zach's voice rang through each of their ears, "I can try to stop it! I could use my force field."
The others stopped. It wasn't like they had a lot of time to contemplate whether to do it or not. They in fact had 10 seconds.
Within those ten seconds, Zach didn't wait for an answer from the group and started creating the largest force field he could manage. It continued to grow bigger and bigger before it covered the whole device from top to bottom.
