Alexa's POV:

"Are we almost there?" I asked Sofia who was still driving like she has been for the past three hours.

Zach was now sleeping in my lap and I wanted to talk about where we were taking him.

I don't know when we came up with the idea but we wanted to take him somewhere for his birthday tomorrow. Obviously, our choices are limited, but Sofia knew this closed off beach we could go to and spend the night there to celebrate.

"Yeah, about 15 more minutes." Sofia said taking a turn down a different road.

"What are we going to do at the beach?" Tate asked while she was making dutch braids in her hair.

"Well we are going to celebrate Zach's birthday." Jack said.

"Yeah, duh. But like what are we going to do, to do that?" Tate asked again.

"Well, we will swim, maybe make a fire and just hang out." Gabbie shrugged, "Plus, Daniel and I got swimsuits from when we went supplies shopping, why not use them."

"Does anyone know what he actually wants for his birthday?" Christina asked, making Corbyn smirk.

"I know one thing." he said looking over at me, making me blush and turn my face away from everyone.

"What? What does he want?" Jonah asked looking between us.

"Nothing, absolutely nothing." I say quickly.

"Alexa, that was a lie! Tell us." Sofia said. I hate her lie detection.

"I want to tell them! Please?" Corbyn looked over at me and I rolled my eyes at him.

"Fine, tell them." I said as Corbyn began to talk about the things that happened between Zach and I in the past 24 hours.

"So basically, Zach last night told Alexa he wanted her for his birthday-"

"Damn, he's bold. Usually he's like a little puppy." Jack laughed looking over at Zach in my lap.

"Right! Anyway, Alexa would stop thinking about it last night, and her thoughts kept me awake a very long time." Corbyn glared in my direction.

"Sorry, okay it was a lot to take in." I defended myself.

"And then in the morning when they were both down in the van by themselves, they kissed." Corbyn smiled and everyone cheered.

"MY SHIP SAILED!" Christina yelled standing up and jumping up and down.

"It was just a kiss. We haven't talk about it yet." I said calming everyone down.

"Well, he better ask you to be his girlfriend at the beach or I'm going to sue." Gabbie pointed at me.

"What's with all the noise?" Zach asked waking up and rubbing his eyes.

"Nothing, nothing at all." Jonah smiled as everyone else was trying to hide their smiles.

"GUYS! We are here." Sofia said parking the car and jumping out the drivers seat.

"Where is here?" Zach said opening the back doors to the van and hopping out.

"The beach!" I said pointing to the ocean in front of us and looking over at Zach's face light up.

"This is amazing! But why are we here?" he turned to the rest of us.

"Your birthday idiot." I say.

"But... that's not like... until tomorrow?" Zach furrowed his eyebrows, looking around at everyone who had 'is this man stupid' look on their faces.
