074; mind control

Sofia's POV:

We backed off of Zach to give him some space. We all felt bad for him, I mean he lost the love of his life. They were both only kids and it hurt us to watch them go through this. Well I guess watch Zach go through this.

He was quiet until a loud noise of a door opening echoed through the hanger. We all turned in sync to the sound and saw a person we all assumed would be dead.

Of course Thomas was still alive. And of course he walked towards us with red eyes. He got powers just like the girls and they just had to be red, the most dangerous of them all. Does the universe hate us or something?

Zach instantly got up and sped walked towards Thomas, which turned into a run. He was full on charging at Thomas, probably trying to do justice for Alexa.

Zach was going to reach him but in a blink of the eye, Zach stopped in his tracks. It was like a full force caused him to stop his charge just a few inches in front of Thomas. We all stared, not knowing what to do as the younger boy stood still on the ground.

"What the hell?" Zach mumbled to himself as he looked like he didn't know why he stopped either. The rest of us have confused looks until I heard a small gasp come from Daniel.

"Sof, he has mind control." Daniel whispered into my ear right before I saw Thomas shifting his eye contact to Corbyn.

Suddenly Corbyn picked himself off the ground, flying up and straight towards Zach. The younger boy covered his face as Corbyn flew straight into him. They went flying backwards until they landed on the ground and tumbled for a few seconds.

Christina stepped forward, "Corbyn what the fuck?!" she yelled at her boyfriend as him and Zach both groaned from the floor.

Thomas spat out a laugh, "I'm sorry, did that hurt?"

"So you have mind control?" Corbyn asked as he got up from the floor and soon helped Zach up, who stayed silent.

"How'd you guess? Was it the red eyes or me controlling your brain?" Thomas joked as he clapped his hands together.

"Not nice of you. I couldn't control my own mind." Corbyn frowned as he walked back over to the group, Zach tagged along behind him.

Thomas didn't look away from the group as he scanned over the crowd of us, frowning as if he was missing something. He glanced away and his eyes landed on the blonde body of our friend who was laying flat out on the ground.

"Aw, did she die? To bad, you were this close Zach to getting her back. Guess you'll never see her again and guess who's fault that is? Yours." Thomas said to Zach with a sly grin on his face with made me sick.

"Shut up Thomas. What's your other power?" I stepped forward so Zach wouldn't have to respond to that and just stay in his mind. I saw him let out a few tears as he backed farther into the group, ending in the back barely seen.

Thomas began to speak again, "I don't know. It will come in time, but for now I need to take care of you." he spoke as I saw his eyes turn red once again meaning he was going to use his power again.

"Guys!" Zach yelled from the back quickly but I couldn't tell what was happening until my body was flung backwards, slamming myself into the wall nearby.

Next to me, Jack, Jonah, and Tate were laying on the floor as well. The rest of the group was spread out across from us, all groaning as they had hit themselves against the blown out device.

In the middle, Zach stood. His hands were out seeming he was probably mind controlled to use his telekinesis to fly us all backwards.

"You know what's even more fun then defeating all of you? Having you all tear each other apart!" Thomas laughed as his eyes remained on Zach who was still being controlled but to stand in place.
