052; hold on tight

Christina's POV:

"Guys!" Corbyn yells and the three of us ran back to the table out friends were seated at.

"Hey! What's up?" Sofia shouts as we approach and stop at the front of the table. Daniel immediately went in for a hug from his girlfriend, probably the only person that made him feel safe.

"We got something to tell you all. Well, Chris does." Corbyn explains to them.

"Okay, then what is-" Gabbie starts but Alexa cuts her off.

"Wait, before you say anything we have something to tell you." Alexa states.

I look around at all their faces, which were filled with excitement and joy. If I told them what I overheard in the cabin, that would all change. I can't do that to them, but then they also have a right to know.

"Okay, what is it?" I ask sitting down next to Gabbie who scooted over for me.

"Don't plan on going to bed after the bonfire tonight." Milo states and I furrow my eyes.

"Every Friday night the camp puts on a bonfire night. It usually starts at 7:00 and ends around 8:00." Milo explained since he's been here the longest.

"Okay? Why can't I go to sleep after?" I ask everyone, confused on what they were going on about.

"Just don't okay. Stay up with Corbyn or something, just don't go to bed right away." Alexa jumped in and basically demanded me not to go to sleep tonight.

"Okay?"

The group nods in my response and just stares at me, waiting for something else.

"You wanted to tell us something?" Tate questions me and I gasp at what I originally came here to do.

"Right, it can wait until tomorrow." I say quietly while getting eyes from Daniel and Corbyn, who both know what I wanted to tell them.

'Not right now, they all look so happy.' I think so Corbyn can read my mind. His eyes go green and he gives me a small nod.

"Okay, in that case I have to go take Angelica to her telekinesis lesson." Milo says standing up and grabbing his little sister with him.

"I can take my self Milo." Angelica crosses her arms and pouts.

"Last time you did, I found you in a ditch. Not happening ever again." Milo chuckles and waves bye to us.

"Don't you guys have lessons or something?" Tate asks the four people here with abilities.

"Mine aren't until later, I got some free time." Jack shrugs and eats what was left on his breakfast plate.

"Same." Sofia and Daniel respond at the same time, who quickly look at each other smiling.

"Oh shit, I have mine in like 5 minutes. Chris your coming with me." Corbyn said before grabbing my arm quickly and waving bye to the group.

"Why do I have to come?" I ask as my hand lays in his and we head to his flying practice, "Also when did you like sign up for these classes?"
