Author's Note 💜 Before you start reading, just to let all of you know, this chapter will be about the Two Heroes Movie arc! For those who haven't watched, there will be spoilers in this chapter! I was actually hesitating whether or not should I write about this arc since it wasn't in my original plan, but it looks like fun, so why not? Hehe, enjoy reading everyone!
Her eyes ran over the list again, her mind mentally checking all of the things needed just to make sure she doesn't miss anything.
"So do I just say your name during the registration?", Airi confirmed again with her mother, her phone pressed between her ear and her shoulder which allowed both of her hands to continue packing her things busily while she stayed on the line.
"Yes. Don't forget to bring the documents! You've printed them out, right?"
"Yeah."
"Great. I guess you're all set now. Who are you going with?"
"Momo.", Airi lets out a sharp breath after finally zipping her suitcase. "She's got an invitation too since her parents are involved in the event aswell."
"That sounds fun. Okay, well, take care darling. Make sure you double check your things before leaving the house. Has the babysitter dropped by?"
Airi decided to sit on the floor with a heavy sigh as she leaned on the suitcase to switch her grip on her phone. Her eyes travelled to look at a young woman, maybe in her mid-20s chatting with both of her little siblings happily.
"Yeap. Reo and Hina seem to like her."
A soft breath in relief was heard from the other line. "That's good to know. Well, I don't want you to miss your flight even though it's only going to be a short one. I'll get going first, take care and goodbye my love!"
"Bye, mom.", Airi mumbled out, her eyes flickering in panic when she realised she accidentally sounded sad. Luckily, Ichika had cut off the line earlier to notice her drastic change in her tone. Shoving her phone into her pants, she double checked all her things again, making sure she doesn't miss anything else since Airi knew as hell she was very careless, especially when it comes to forgetting the most important necessities.
