Airi took a glance at his notebook.
The green haired boy seemed to feel as if there were eyes watching him, so he stopped mumbling and turned his head to look back. Airi averted her gaze away from peeking at his quirk notebook, and she casually connected her gaze with him in an interesting look.
"What's that book about, Midoriya-san?"
He scratched the back of his neck awkwardly, looking away. "It's where I take my notes about every hero and villain's quirk. I write my improvements and weaknesses in here too."
It piqued interest in Airi. "That's cool. Can I take a look?"
He snapped his head to look at Airi in a hesitant gaze. "But it's kind of messy, and I didn't organise it that well-"
"I don't mind."
He gulped, he felt as if he could get lost in Airi's amber coloured orbs if he stared much longer into them. Quickly looking away, he handed his notebook towards the girl. She mumbled a soft "Thanks!" and she proceeded to flip through each page, her eyes sparkling in interest. He has never let anyone read his notebook before, not that he minded actually. Nobody seemed to be interested with his old, torn at the sides notebook anyway. But that was the complete opposite of Airi. She was amazed at how this green haired boy even has a specific notebook where he jots down notes about so many heroes, and even villains in his book. He seemed to be the boy she would look up to whenever she needed opinions about improving her quirk.
"It's impressive, Midoriya-san.", Airi praised, plastering a smile on her lips as she lifted her gaze to look at him.
"Thank you.", he mumbled shyly.
Then, her eyes locked onto a specific page, where her mother's hero name was written. She read each line, her eyes slowly trailing over on each scribbles of drawings and words he wrote all over the pages as she silently judges how he describes Violet's quirk, techinically, her own quirk. She then furrowed her eyebrows as she read a line that wrote,
Violet can manipulate the energy around her to produce vibrant, purple coloured flames which she uses to attack her opponents.
"Umm.....", Airi pointed at that specific line with her forefinger. "This line is wrong. It's actually the opposite."
Midoriya's eyes trailed over to his mistake, raising an eyebrow as he waited for her to correct him.
