"You, my dear, have inherited a villain's quirk."

Airi saw how the villain's eyes stared into her soul, successfully exposing her vulnerable self. She hid that part in her for so long, for so many years she plastered her courageous personality to hide her fragile soul which was slowly breaking apart. She clenched her jaw, she looked onto her trembling hands that empowers Violet's quirk in disgust, why are you so weak, Airi?

"Himari-san?", the boy called for her, snapping her out of her burdening thoughts. She looked into his different coloured eyes,

"Yeah?"

"You okay?", he eyed her in what seems like concern in his eyes as he handed her a cold bottle of mineral water. "Do you want to stop training now?"

She took it from his hands, and glanced at her wristwatch. It had been at least two hours since they started training. She wasn't out of breath yet, she wasn't in pain yet. She mentally took this as a signal for her to continue training.

"We will not stop training until we reach our limits! Not until we're satisfied with ourselves, not until we improve what we were weak at the day before.", she reminisced her mother's words everytime she complains that she's tired.

UA Sports Festival was just around the corner. She knew how much all of her classmates raced for champion. First place means the winner would get the most recognition from the Pro Heroes. So who the hell wouldn't want that? Even Airi herself wanted to win the whole sports competition just so she could show her mother how much she had improved throughout the years. That added up to more reasons why she shouldn't stop training now.

She took a deep gulp of her water bottle. Shaking her head, she sternly said, "No. Let's continue."

She stood up, brushing the non-existent dust on her lap and proceeded to walk to the centre of the training grounds. Shoto watched the girl, questioning himself what exactly made the girl this hard working in improving her quirk? Because honestly speaking, she's already incredible in her abilities. Nevertheless, he stood up aswell and made his way towards the girl, standing a few metres away.

"Wait."

Shoto turned to look back, raising an inquiring eyebrow.
