Airi couldn't believe it herself, how surprisingly quick time flies.
"Right. As you all know, today's the final test for your hero trainings.", Aizawa announced. "This final assessment will influence your final marks. This will also determine whether or not you'll join the training camp next week. So it is important for you to do your best."
A whole week had passed. The whole Class 1-A had been busy training to ace their final assessment in hero training, though they didn't actually know how were they going to be tested. All they knew was they were going to be assessed individually, so it was important for them to deeply understand how their quirk works.
Except for Airi.
Airi had already been informed how she was going to be assessed a week before. Call her unfair, but for Airi, it was necessary and very important for her to be informed earlier than her other classmates. And this was mainly because her assessment would be different from the others.
And when I say it's different, I mean an entirely different task.
"We're here to talk about your finals."
Airi could feel the adrenaline rush into her veins, her heartbeat beating rapidly in her chest when Aizawa looked deeply into her eyes. She couldn't specifically read his expression, so she didn't know what topic was Aizawa going to start it all out with. All that she could guess now that it was something serious, getting a hint of his tone and black coloured orbs which looked into hers in a stern glance.
"What about it?"
Aizawa dropped his gaze to his clipboard, and released a breath. He then started it off by saying,
"Due to the abnormal amount of students in Class 1-A, the final assessment for the hero course is supposed to be done in pairs. But for you, Airi Himari. You're a special case.", he paused, and Airi could literally hear her heartbeat drumming in her ears when he continued,
"You're going to be tested alone.", he leaned forward on his desk, placing his clasped palms in front of him. "Look, I know it sounds unfair to you. But for your information, the others would be assessed by having a battle with the teachers. Or more specifically, the Pro Heroes in UA."
