Airi held onto her little hands tightly, bringing her through the hallways in a rush.

"Onee-chan.... Is everything alright?"

At the sound of her question, Airi couldn't seem to find the right answers. She kept her gaze locked to the front. When Hina saw this, she chose to not ask any further, seeing how her sister's eyes flashed in heaps of emotions, but most of them in a negative way. Although Hina was just a young child, having the power of a telepath, she had learnt to read the feelings of people just by a single glance of their eyes.

Hina focused into her amber irises, the grips of their intertwined hands tightening. Unfortunately, Airi caught this action by the corner of her eyes.

"Hina, don't read my mind."

She immediately looked away, panicked. "Sorry."

Airi glanced at her shortly, seeing the little one breaking into nervous sweat. She squeezed their hands to earn her attention, giving her a reassuring smile,

"Everything is alright. You don't need to worry about anything, Hina.", she returned her gaze to the front, amber eyes flickering into a serious emotion.

"We might need to use your quirk for awhile."

They finally arrived in front of the room. Airi took in a deep breath, knocking it a few times.

"Come in.", a deep voice from inside called.

She twisted the doorknob, finally entering the room. There was a deafening silence, the tension thickening in the atmosphere when everyone's gazes laid upon the two figures. Airi gently brought her little sister by the shoulders, guiding her to the center of the group. Some of her classmates tried to muster up a smile when they made eye contact with the youngest one, but Hina could sense a very ominous and wary feeling lingering in the air.

"This is your sister?", one of the adults asked, and if she remembered clearly, he goes by the name of Mr Tsukaichi. Member of the higher authorities in charge of the heroes and villains division in the government.

Airi nodded. She placed her hands on her small shoulders, introducing her,

"Hina Himari. She has the quirk to read minds."

Her little sister fidgeted with the hems of her sweatshirt, while the other hand nervously tugged onto the ends of Airi's sleeves. Although she was scared, she tried her ultimate hardest to maintain eye contact with every adult in the room.
