She pushed the doors of the training hall open, surprised to see more company.
"Mari-chan?", Tsuyu's tongue poked out of her lips, her head tilted sideways.
"Hey guys!", she greeted her friends, which consisted of Uraraka, Tsuyu, Sero and of course the other two, Midoriya and Bakugou.
At the sight of the old man with blonde locks, Airi respectfully bowed her head down,
"Sensei!"
"It's nice to have you join us, Young Himari!"
The second the girl entered, the blonde haired one looked away almost immediately, as if he was avoiding her gaze. Airi however, never noticed this action since she was busy boggling over Midoriya's seemingly new look?
"Wow, Deku-kun. That's one hell of a haircut!", she praised, a short chuckle following after.
His previously dark green locks were replaced with a brown, afro like cut, which seemed to look too ridiculous to be on his head, but who was Airi to judge?
"A-AH! No! It's not a new haircut. I was busy practicing my Blackwhip with Kacchan and.... well, I couldn't catch him most of the time which caused him to use his explosions too much.."
An audible sigh escaped Airi's lips as she heard his reason, her eyes focused on fastening her wrist guards on her wrists. At this point, who was surprised? Uraraka angrily snapped her head to look at the blonde haired boy,
"Bakugou! That's just you being mean, right?"
"IT'S NOT MY FAULT! Deku was the one who wanted it to feel like a real battle."
Sero lets out a light laughter. "Anyways....You wanted us to help you with your training?"
"Us? What can we do?", Uraraka and Tsuyu voiced together at the same time. Airi stayed quiet, well informed of the reason she was there.
"I'd like your advice for how to use my new power!"
"Blackwhip?", Sero asked. "But I thought you knew how to use it already?"
"Well, like I said, during my training I couldn't catch Kacchan at all. So I thought you'd be able to help me figure out how to use it with a fast target, since your quirks are similar to Blackwhip."
Uraraka turned to look at All Might, still not understanding why she was there. "What should I do? I'm still learning how to use my wires, though."
"Wouldn't Aizawa sensei be better at teaching techniques?", Sero added, to which Airi agreed silently. If Midoriya needed help with Blackwhip, wouldn't someone professional, someone already experienced should train him rather than amateurs like them?
