She's the type of flower that can still grow after a forest fire.

Airi studied her palms again.

And for the first time ever, she looked into her hands that inherited her mother's quirk in pure hatred. For years she was always impressed by Violet's powers, the quirk that could end the world, people would say. Heroes claimed it as a powerful inheritance, and Villains would claim it as a destruction to their community. For Airi? Well, she wasn't quite sure now.

She didn't eat while she sat in the cafeteria. She simply just drank her chocolate carton of milk, a mini sized one, in reluctance since Momo forced her to.

"Airi, I know you're hiding something. Show me what's in your hands."

Momo sternly said, holding out her opened right palm upwards, gesturing for Airi to show it to her. Airi knew she couldn't escape her grasp for now, so she reluctantly took out the tissue that was stained with her blood she had coughed out recently.

Momo eyed it in slight surprise. "Don't you want to go to Recovery Girl's Office? Maybe she can help."

Airi shook her head sternly. "No. I don't think it's something I can cure from. I've had this problem since the USJ accident. And I think a villain had caused this."

Momo clenched her jaw, shaking her head lightly at her stubbornness. "Come on, Airi. Please? Maybe she knows what to do."

"I won't go to Recovery Girl.", Airi repeated again. She looked into Momo's eyes, softening upon her gaze. Noticing her concerned look, she sighed and looked away.

"I'll be fine. Trust me."

Airi almost wanted to walk away, but Momo was quick enough to hold her forearm, stopping her from continuing her footsteps.

"At least, tell Todoroki-kun."

Airi paused, her breath hitching. She averted her gaze to the top of her shoes. "I don't think that's necessary."

"He's worried for you."

"How do you know?"

"I know he is. I can see it in his eyes.", Momo lets out a breath. "I know you can take care of yourself, Airi. I know how strong you are. But everyone has their limits. And if you don't pay much attention to your body's health soon, I'm afraid you would reach your limit quicker than you would think."

Airi paused, processing Momo's words in her mind for a moment. She mentally took note of her reminder, giving her a reassuring nod.

"Alright, I will. Thank you, Momo."
