I wish you to know, that you have been the last dream of my soul.
Thank you, and Goodbye.

Airi fell onto her knees, her amber irises dilating at the sight of his unconscious body.

"N-No..... No..... Shoto...."

She carefully turned his body so that he properly faced her, noticing how his body was terribly shaking. Shoto's eyes were shut closed, his breathing ragged and heavy as it escaped his trembling pale lips. The syringe could be seen stabbed right through his left chest, and a shaky gasp was heard from her lips when she noticed the piston was pushed all the way through, leaving no traces of the black liquid. Shoto mustered up all the energy in him to pull out the syringe forcefully which caused him to grunt in pain. Airi winced at the sight.

Shoto was trying his best to stabilise his breathing, but even the action of inhaling a deep breath to fulfill the oxygen in his lungs hurt his whole system. A single inch of movement would agonizingly shoot a surge of pain throughout his nerves. Opening his eyes, he could see how the love of his life was looking back at him with tearful eyes.

"A-Airi....", he managed to say in a wavering voice. "It...hurts.... a lot...."

"I know, I know....", Airi nodded, her tone drpping with regret. "Just, stay put for me, okay?"

He replied wth a short nod, gritting his teeth hard to hold in the pain pounding throughout his body.

She took a deep breath, and chanted a low spell under her breath. As her eyes landed on a specific entity for her next move, Airi curled her fingers into a ball, and waved her hands in a circular movement.

"Protect."

A large translucent sphere made out of her violet flames engulfed around his unmoving body, successfully producing an area of defense specially for Shoto. Unlacing their intertwined hands, she unwillingly stood up and walked out of the protection sphere. She raised her head to connect her gazes with her own teacher, instructing him in a low voice,

"Bring everyone out of this hall."

Aizawa furrowed his eyebrows. "But, we can't leave you here-"

"Now.", stern and monotonous, Airi warned. "Before someone else gets killed."

All Might stood behind Aizawa, patting his shoulder while giving him a knowing look. The both of them knew now their student was definitely on their side, and the Pro Heroes were well aware of her abilities to handle all of these villains alone. With the presence of the numerous kinds of quirk fluids along with the strong quirk she had inherited, this gave her the offense advantage. If she was capable to defeat some of the Pro Heroes, than having to defeat the remaining villains was a piece of cake for her.
