It was 11 in the night.

Sidharth still hasn't unlocked the door. He didn't let her go out. Shehnaaz hasn't said a word after he apologized. She is standing near the window for almost 2 hours. Sidharth sat on the couch watching her. He was thinking what she must be thinking standing there for so long time, without speaking. Her feet might be tired but she is there. He remember how she calmed a little down after he apologized but she didn't say a word that can be a hint of her forgiving him, instead she just climbed the bed in backward as Sidharth held her captive from the front placing both of his hands on her both side so that she can't go from there. She climbed the bed when he thought she must be tired after all that happened. But she got down from the other end of the bed. He stood up watching her move. She went to the window and opened it wide. She stood there facing her back to him. He thought she must want some time and space. So he gave it to her. He waited there for sometimes then he sat on the couch.

He waited long enough then went and stood beside her. Still she hasn't said anything.

"Chalo kuch khana khalo." He said looking at her.

"bhook nehi hain." that wasn't even properly audible but he heard that.

"Thakk jayogi. Pair dard karega. You stood here for a long time." he showed his concern. But she. She didn't move or said anything. He waited there for sometimes then he again said

"Okay. Sit on the bed at least." He took one step towards her when she moved a step from him.

"I can't do this anymore. Mujhse aab ye nehi ho raha." She said very calmly.

"Shehnaaz, agar ye uske liye hain then" he tried to say but she stopped him saying

"No, it's about me, My life. Yeh jo bhi ho raha hain, mujhe ye nehi chahiye. Aur nehi ho raha. I want to end this." she said looking out by the window. His heart skipped a beat. The thought of her going away from him was breaking his heart into pieces. He doesn't want that. though it was to happened someday. But her saying all these, the thought of it wasn't bearable for him.

"Maine mere baccho ke liye aapki batein maani thi. Aur ye aap jante hain. aap ne mere liye koyi option aur time hi nehi chora tha. I had to give into you. Par ye saab aab mere liye bohut hi jayada ho raha hain. Main dekh lungi mere bachho ka. Main vi thik hi rahungi aur unhe vi thik rakhungi.. As per our deal. Main chahoon to divorce de sakti hoon right? Then that's what I want now. Divorce from this fake relationship." She held the grill of the window. Never leaving a glance at him all the while. The word 'Divorce' had go him nuts in his mind. He was now on the edge of losing it.

"Because of all my wrong doing?" he asked. She inhaled loudly. Of course it was all for his wrong doing.

"Because of my life. Mere dimaag me bohut bura assar parr raha hain." she said taking pause in every word. He rubbed his face to control his feelings vigorously. She moved from there and started taking steps towards the bed when he called her

"Aisa kya karu ki saab thik ho jaye?" he sounded so vulnerable. Suddenly he wanted to fix something, but what! He never wanted this permanently.

"Kyun karna hain thik?" She said looking at the bed. He was a little behind her. She hinted as there wasn't anything between them to fix. There is nothing between them, Or was there?

He scrunched shut his eyes in pain. He knew what she said made sense. But at that moment all he wanted them to be normal. He cursed the situation. But he doesn't want her to leave. He wants some magic to happen and convince her to stay. So he did what he had to.

"Because I want to." He said it. Without thinking anything. Because he wanted to. What will happen? What is he going to do? what their relationship is going to be? Nothing crossed the mind of logical Sidharth Shukla that time. All he wanted is to make her stay.

This time Shehnaaz turned to him. He wanted to fix this, he said it. She was confused. When she turned back at him, he was already looking at her. Both remained silent. Shehnaaz seemed to search some answers in his eyes silently. His never leaving gaze was fixed at her. Maybe trying to answer her unsaid question. They says eyes never lie. Maybe she was searching what she could understand what exactly his 'he want to' meant. Is this what she could understand or something else. She doesn't want her heart to get hurt by mistaking his word.

Sidharth never blinked or moved his eyes. He was showing his heart out from his eyes to make her believe he meant what he said. He wanted to fix what he had ruined earlier.

When Shehnaaz didn't say anything without staring for a long time or made any move, he took a step towards her. Closing their distance. The more steps he took Shehnaaz's eyes were lifting upwards to remain at his. Due to their height difference of course. When he was one steps away from her he said

"I meant it Shehnaaz." towering over her but this time not dominatingly. She stared at his eyes confused. He hesitated for a moment but in the next he touched her. He held her arms with both of his hands. Bowing his head a bit to her.

"I want to fix this. Please give me a chance." He said and her breath hitched.
