CHAPTER 83: WAS IT ALL LIE

Shehnaaz was walking in the slowest motion towards her office inside her Ngo... But her mind was having a turmoil inside her... It was going back on her new found information about her husband... She couldn't see anything clear... Her vision was getting blurred...

'Shehnaaz, I loved him... What I did to deserve this? I just wanted my baby, Shehnaaz...' Riya's crying voice was making a havoc inside her... She wasn't looking at anywhere but was moving towards her room... Some kids she passed called for her but she couldn't notice them... They were also confused watching her...

"Arreh,, Sana didi ko kya hua" they said to each other... But Sana kept walking... Her Sidharth,,, her husband... He forced his girlfriend to abort their baby... She never in her wildest dream thought him to be this bad... Last night, she was all ear to hear him say he loves her... Maybe she would have said the same... She was ready to say it if he did... She was ready for everything... When her life seemed to settle down well, she got this... When she really thought he is the perfect one to love and live with forever, she found him to be someone who can kill his own child... Does she really deserve this? All in her life she didn't have the trust in her for anyone... Now when she started trusting someone with her life, what is she getting in return!!! Lies,, secrets...

'My baby Shehnaaz... What was my babies fault??? Why I couldn't hold my baby in my arms when I carried it in my womb...' Sana kept moving... She felt dead... Her dreams of a happy family,,, starting a forever with him seems blur now... What will she do now???

Someone pulled Sana's hand harshly that brought her out of her trance... It was Asim...

"What the hell Man!!! Kitni baar awaaz di tujhe... Kya kar rahi hai Sana???" Sana didn't hear him... She didn't know what to answer him... She just couldn't understand what she should do... How she should react...

"Wohh,, ummm..." she couldn't say anything... How will she??? Her whole world is crushing... She is feeling dead inside...

"Hey,, Man!!! Are you okay Sana.." Asim left everything aside as Shehnaaz wasn't looking well... He touched her forehead... Checking her fever... She didn't have fever but she was sweating all over her face...

"Kya hua tujhe... Why are you sweating this much Man??? Doctor ke pass jana hai kya???" Asim was now holding Sana's both hand... She looked so pale and sweaty... Over that she wasn't saying anything... He jerked her again...

"I'm fine... Asim..." she said slowly than ever... Asim knitted his brows in confusion... He wasn't convinced... Sana never looked like this... She looked so lost... Her face had no color...

"Hey Man... Is this about today??? The government office wala kaand?? Are you stressing yourself for that??? Is anybody troubling you???" He asked loud... He has always been like this... Very very much concerned for her... Maybe because they both don't have families... She didn't say anything... Her mind was leading her back to the car she was seated a little before... How she saw the name there... How she got to know this all of a sudden...

"Sana... Bolegi ya phir main pagal ho jayu?" this time he screamed... He was angry with her for not saying anything but at the same time he was concerned... She can see it in his eyes... Her heart cried... She wanted to hug him and cry her heart out... She wanted to cry so hard but she didn't... It will made him question her more and she doesn't have any answer right now...

"Asim... I'm fine... My head... Headache..." though she didn't even complete her sentence but he got it... He thought it was for the morning mess... He loosened his grip on her hand... He also got relaxed...

"Chal... tere office me baith... relax karr... I'll look out for your works today.." He didn't wait for her and pulled her to her office...

In her office Sana kept thinking all that... She couldn't do anything rest of the day... Her mind was keep buzzing back there...

'I begged him for my baby... But he was heartless...' Riya's said all that crying... When Shehnaaz was trying to hold her ground to her feet...

Hours were passing but Shehnaaz never for once stepped out of her office... She was resting her head on the table... Her head was paining still... Her phone buzzed, she opened her tired heavy eyes... It's Sidharth... His smiley, happy face flushed over her phone... She couldn't even hold the phone in her hand... She didn't feel like to... She just stared at his eyes... Those dark black eyes were looking at her... Those eyes where she saw her whole world... Where she saw love and passion... Which turned out to be wrong and lies... That smile on his lips when she was being stubborn to click his picture... His face, it screams honesty or it was what she felt... There was a text from him... She already read it from the notification... It says

'Hey Sweetheart... Here already...
Waiting!!!' with 3 kissing emoji's...

He apparently send the massage twice... There were 6 emoji's... She stared at those emoji's... He never used it before...

Shehnaaz didn't even lifted her head... The phone's light went off.. Like that she also closed her eyes... She doesn't feel like to go... She doesn't wanna see him... She couldn't figure it out how should she react!!! Her phone again buzzed,,, It was another text from Sidharth... Again those eyes,,, that smile... The picture that used to give her an instant smile was mocking at her today... Was it all lie???

The text says 'Are you busy?? Will you be late?? Should I come over your office?'

Shehnaaz clutched the phone... She doesn't want him to come there... Although she has to face everything now or later... So she grabbed her bag and phone and walked out of her office...

Sidharth was standing outside of his car... Leaning on it... His phone was in his hand... Maybe waiting for her or her text to come... But she wasn't replying or coming... He was about to call her when he heard the gate open... And she came out of it... She looked at him... She stopped walking...
